Armaghan ordered to appear in illegal call center case via video link

عدالت میں ملزم ارمغان کے خلاف غیر قانونی کال سینٹر چلانے کے مقدمے میں سائبر کرائم کی جانب سے ملزم کے جسمانی ریمانڈ کی درخواست پر سماعت ہوئی۔
تفتیشی افسر نے کہا کہ ملزم کے خلاف غیر قانونی کال سینٹر چلانے اور ڈیجیٹل کرنسی کی منتقلی کا الزام ہے۔
عدالت نے تفتیشی افسر سے سوال کیا کہ ملزم ابھی کہاں ہے؟ جس پر تفتیشی افسر نے کہا کہ ملزم دوسرے مقدمے میں جیل میں ہے، عدالت کا کہنا تھا کہ ملزم کونسی جیل میں ہے؟ ملزم ارمغان کو ویڈیو لنک کے ذریعے پیش کیا جائے۔
بعدازاں عدالت نے ملزم ارمغان کو ویڈیو لنک کے ذریعے پیش کرنے کا حکم دیتے ہوئے کیس کی سماعت ملتوی کردی۔
