Terrorism case filed against Imran Khan and Gandapur

راولپنڈی میں پی ٹی آئی کے احتجاج اور توڑ پھوڑ کے معاملے پر بانی پی ٹی آئی عمران خان اور وزیر اعلیٰ خیبرپختونخوا علی امین گنڈاپور کے خلاف دہشت گردی کا مقدمہ درج کر لیا گیا۔مقدمہ تھانہ نیو ٹاؤن میں سب انسپکٹر عمر صدیق کی مدعیت میں درج کیا گیا۔
مقدمے میں کار سرکار میں مداخلت، بلوہ، سرکاری گاڑی پر پٹرول بم سے حملہ کے الزامات شامل ہیں، ایف آئی آر میں توڑ پھوڑ کی منصوبہ بندی کرنے کی دفعات بھی شامل ہیں۔ متن کے مطابق بانی پی ٹی آئی عمران خان اور وزیر اعلیٰ خیبرپختونخوا کے ساتھ ساتھ 45 رہنما و کارکن ایف آئی آر میں نامزد کر لئے گئے۔
ایف آئی آر کے متن میں کہا گیا کہ ملزمان نے ٹائر و کپڑے جلا کر عوام الناس کا راستہ روکا اور مشکلات پیدا کیں، ملزمان نے جلاؤ گھیراؤ اور پتھراؤ کیا، پولیس نفری نے بڑی مشکل سے اپنی جانیں بچائیں۔
پولیس حکام کے مطابق پولیس نے پانچ ملزمان کو موقع سے گرفتار کیا، گرفتار ہونے والوں میں خلیل، عمران، صداقت، یٰسین اور طاہر شامل ہیں، ملزم طاہر کے قبضے سے پولیس نے پٹرول کی بوتل بھی برآمد کی۔

According to the police officials, the police arrested five suspects on the spot, among those arrested are Khalil, Imran, Sadaqat, Yasin and Tahir. The police also recovered a bottle of petrol from the possession of the accused Tahir.
