The echo of “interference” in the Judiciary gained strength

اسلام آباد:عدلیہ میں مبینہ مداخلت کے کیس کی سماعت کے دوران جمال مندوخیل نے ریمارکس دیےکہ مداخلت تو ہورہی ہے لیکن حکومت کچھ نہیں کررہی۔سپریم کورٹ میں اسلام آباد ہائیکورٹ کے 6 ججز کے خط پر ازخود نوٹس کی سماعت چیف جسٹس پاکستان  قاضی فائز عیسیٰ کی سربراہی میں 5 رکنی بینچ  نے کی، عدالت میں اٹارنی جنرل اور مختلف بارز کے وکلا  پیش ہوئے۔دوران سماعت اٹارنی جنرل نے کہا کہ گزشتہ سماعت کا تحریری حکم نامہ ابھی نہیں ملا، حکومت کا جواب داخل کرنے کے لیےحکمنامہ وزیراعظم کو دکھانا ضروری ہے، اس پر چیف جسٹس نے عملے سے سوال کیا کہ کیا حکم نامے پر دستخط ہو گئے اگر نہیں تو کیوں نہیں ہوئے؟ عدالت نے کھلی عدالت میں حکم نامہ لکھوایا تھا، اٹارنی جنرل نے کہا  آج حکم نامہ مل جائے تو حکومت کل تک اپنا جواب داخل کردے گی۔دوران سماعت سپریم کورٹ بار ایسوسی ایشن نے بھی عدالت میں اپنی تجاویز جمع کرائیں جس میں سپریم کورٹ بار کا کہنا تھا کہ بارعدلیہ کی آزادی پر کبھی سمجھوتہ نہیں کرے گی اور عدلیہ میں مداخلت کرنے والوں کے خلاف تحقیقات ہونی چاہئیں۔

Islamabad: During the hearing of the case of alleged interference in the judiciary, Jamal Mandukhel remarked that the interference is happening but the government is not doing anything. Chief Justice of Pakistan Qazi Faiz Isa heard the automatic notice on the letter of 6 judges of the Islamabad High Court in the Supreme Court. A 5-member bench headed by the Attorney General and lawyers from various bars appeared in the court. During the hearing, the Attorney General said that the written order of the previous hearing has not yet been received, it is necessary to show the order to the Prime Minister to file the government’s reply. On this, the Chief Justice asked the staff whether the decree was signed, if not, why not? The court had written the order in the open court, the Attorney General said that if the order is received today, the government will file its response by tomorrow. During the hearing, the Supreme Court Bar Association also submitted its proposals to the court in which It was said that the Bar will never compromise on the independence of the judiciary and there should be an investigation against those who interfere in the judiciary.
