Liquor case: Court order to arrest and produce Ali Amin Gandapur

شراب برآمدگی کیس میں عدالت نے وزیراعلیٰ خیبرپختونخوا علی امین گنڈا پور کو گرفتار کر کے پیش کرنے کا حکم دے دیا۔
ڈسٹرکٹ اینڈ سیشن کورٹس اسلام آباد میں وزیراعلیٰ خیبرپختونخوا علی امین گنڈا پور کے خلاف غیر قانونی اسلحہ اور شراب برآمدگی کیس کی سماعت ہوئی ، جوڈیشل مجسٹریٹ مبشر حسن چشتی نے کیس کی سماعت کی۔
وزیراعلیٰ خیبرپختونخوا علی امین گنڈا پور اور ان کے وکیل راجہ ظہور الحسن ایڈووکیٹ عدالت پیش نہ ہوئے ، ایس ایس پی آپریشنز نے علی امین گنڈا پور کے ناقابل ضمانت وارنٹ گرفتاری کے سابقہ عدالتی حکم کی تعمیل میں کوئی رپورٹ پیش نہ کی جس پر عدالت نے سخت برہمی کا اظہار کیا۔
جج مبشر حسن نے ریمارکس میں کہا کہ نہ ملزم پیش ہوا نہ ہی اس کا وکیل عدالت آیا۔
عدالت نے مسلسل عدم پیشی پر ایس ایس پی آپریشنزکو علی امین گنڈاپور کو گرفتار کر کے پیش کرنے کا حکم دے دیا اور کیس کی مزید سماعت 21 جنوری تک ملتوی کردی۔

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur and his lawyer Raja Zahoorul Hasan advocate did not appear in court, SSP Operations did not submit any report in compliance with the earlier court order of Ali Amin Gandapur’s non-bailable arrest warrant, on which the court strictly Expressed anger.
Judge Mubashir Hasan said in his remarks that neither the accused appeared nor his lawyer came to the court.
The court ordered the arrest and production of SSP Operations Ali Amin Gandapur for his continued non-appearance and adjourned further hearing of the case till January 21.
