امیر جماعت اسلامی حافظ نعیم الرحمان نے کہا ہے کہ حکومت فسطائیت سے باز نہ آئی تو دھرنے کا رُخ کسی اور طرف بھی ہوسکتا ہے۔ امیر جماعت اسلامی حافظ نعیم الرحمان کا کہنا تھا کہ 2دن سے پنجاب حکومت نے فسطائیت کا مظاہرہ کیا ہے، ہمارے 200سے زائد کارکنان اسوقت گرفتار ہیں، جماعت اسلامی کے بزرگوں کو بھی گرفتار کیا گیا ہے، لاہور میں کارکنان گرفتار ہیں اور ایف آئی آرز ہوئی ہیں۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ فوری طور پر گرفتار افراد کو رہا کیا جائے اور مقدمات خارج کیے جائیں، فسطائیت اور مذاکرات ساتھ ساتھ نہیں چل سکتے، لیاقت بلوچ کو مذاکرات کمیٹی سے بات کرنے اجازت دی گئی ہے، ہم پاکستان کے 25کروڑ لوگوں کا مقدمہ لڑرہے ہیں۔
حافظ نعیم الرحمان کا کہنا تھا کہ پاکستان کا نوجوان مستقبل سے مایوس ہے، حکومت نے مذاکرات کا کہا ہے، ہمارے کچھ تحفظات ہیں، ہم اپنی کمیٹی کا اعلان تب کریں گے جب ہمارے تحفظات دور کیے جائیں، ہم سولہ سترہ کروڑ نوجوانوں کا مقدمہ لڑ رہے ہیں۔
امیر جماعت اسلامی کا کہنا تھا کہ ہم صنعتوں کا فروغ چاہتے ہیں، ہم اپنے ملک کے مستقبل کیلئے باہر نکلے ہیں، فرض سمجھتے ہیں کہ نوجوانوں سے بات چیت کریں، ہر کوئی ملک چھوڑنے کی تگ و دو میں لگا ہے ،چاہتے ہیں نوجوانوں کو اچھی معیاری تعلیم اور روزگار ملے۔
ان کا کہنا تھا کہ ہمارے کوئی ذاتی مفادات نہیں ہیں، ہم اس لیے آئے ہیں کہ ہم آئی پی پیز کو لگام دینا چاہتے ہیں، ہر حکومت میں آئی پی پیز کے مالکان کا رول ہوتا ہے، بگاس پر چلنے والے پلانٹ کو درآمدی کوئلے پر چلنے والا ظاہر کیا گیا ہے، یہ پلانٹس شریف خاندان کے ہیں، جن لوگوں نے عوام اور پاکستان پر ظلم کیا ہے ہم ان کو چلنے نہیں دیں گے۔
حافظ نعیم الرحمان نے کہا کہ آئی پی پیز کے سرکردہ لوگ ہر حکومت میں نظر آتے ہیں، ہم بجلی کی قیمت کم کرانا چاہتے، پرامن سیاسی جدوجہد کے ذریعے آئین اور قانون کے مطابق سیاسی حق استعمال کررہے ہیں، اگر کسی نے یہ سمجھا ہوا ہے کہ چار دن ہم بیٹھے کر چلے جائیں گے تو خام خیالی میں نہ رہے ہم یہاں سے جائیں گے نہیں بلکہ روزانہ اپنا لائحہ عمل طے کریں گے۔
امیر جماعت اسلامی کا مزید کہنا تھا کہ ختم شدہ معاہدوں والے آئی پی پیز کو بند کیا جائے، جن آئی پی پیز کے معاہدے باقی ہے ان کے ساتھ بات چیت کریں، جن آئی پی پیز میں جعل سازی ہوئی ہے ان کا فرانزک آڈٹ کیا جائے، اشرافیہ معاشی پالیسیاں مسلط کرکے ہم پر حکمرانی کرتے ہیں۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ تاریخ میں پہلی بار ہورہا ہے کہ صنعت کار اپنے بجلی کے بلوں کی قسطیں بنوارہے ہیں، ہم یہاں عوام کا حق لیں گے،اس کے بغیر یہ دھرنا ختم نہیں ہوگا، یہ دھرنا تاریخی انقلاب میں تبدیل ہوجائے گا، ایک فیکٹری بند ہونے سے ہزاروں لوگ بے روزگار ہوتے ہیں ہم نے پرامن سیاسی مظاہرے کا فیصلہ کیا ہے ۔
حافظ نعیم الرحمان کا مزید کہنا تھا کہ سارے لوگ کہتے ہیں کہ ہمیں ڈی چوک جانا چاہیے، ہم چاہتے تو ڈی چوک پہنچ جاتے اور فساد ہوتا، یہ چاہتے تھے کہ پولیس کو ہمارے سامنے کریں، یہاں بیٹھ کر اپنی قوم اور نوجوان سے بات کریں گے،اگر حکومت سمجھتی ہے کہ دھرنا یہاں مری روڈ پر چلے گا تو خام خیالی ہے، اگر سنجیدگی سے بجلی کے بلوں کو کم نہیں کیا گیا تو دھرنا آگے بڑھے گا۔

Amir Jamaat-e-Islami said that we want the development of industries, we have come out for the future of our country, we consider it our duty to talk to the youth, everyone is in a dilemma to leave the country, we want the youth. Get good quality education and employment.
He said that we have no personal interests, we have come because we want to rein in the IPPs, every government has a role for the owners of the IPPs, to run the bagasse plant on imported coal. It has been shown that these plants belong to the Sharif family. We will not allow those who have oppressed the people and Pakistan to operate.
Hafiz Naeemur Rahman said that the leading people of IPPs are seen in every government, we want to reduce the price of electricity, through peaceful political struggle, we are exercising our political rights according to the constitution and law, if anyone has understood this.
