Why is the NOC is suspended one night before Jalsa? Court inquiry

عدالت میں چیف جسٹس عامر فاروق نے پی ٹی آئی کے اسلام آباد جلسے کا این او سی معطل کرنے پر توہین عدالت کیس کی سماعت کی۔
پی ٹی آئی کے وکیل شعیب شاہین نے عدالت کو آگاہ کیا کہ ہمارا جو خدشہ تھا ہمارے ساتھ وہی ہوا ہے، ہمیں جلسے کی اجازت دی گئی اور پھر آخری دن این او سی معطل کر دیا گیا اُنہوں نے بتایا کہ انتظامیہ نے پی ٹی آئی کو 22 اگست کو بیانِ حلفی عدالت میں دیا تھا۔
چیف جسٹس عامر فاروق نے ایڈووکیٹ جنرل سے استفسار کہ کیا جلسے کا این او سی امن و امان کی صورتِ حال کے باعث معطل کیا گیا؟ ہم اس وقت حالت جنگ میں ہیں، بلوچستان میں جو ہو رہا ہے سب کے سامنے ہے، آخری رات ہی این او سی معطل کرنےکا کیوں بتاتے ہیں؟ یہ لوگ ایک پارٹی کے سپورٹر ہیں لیکن اس سے پہلے انسان ہیں اور پاکستان کے شہری ہیں، لوگ دور دراز علاقوں سے نکل چکے ہوتے ہیں بعد میں پتہ چلتا ہے کہ جلسہ معطل ہو گیا، آپ پہلے بتا دیا کریں کہ سیکیورٹی خدشات ہیں اجازت نہیں دے سکتے۔
چیف جسٹس عامر فاروق نے کہا کہ یہ پہلے بتائیں جو بھی 20 سے 25 ہزار لوگ آنے ہوتے ہیں اُن کی جان کو خطرہ ہے، وہ کوئی بے حس لوگ تو نہیں کہ انہوں نے پھر بھی اپنے لوگوں کو خطرے میں ڈالنا ہے۔
ایڈووکیٹ جنرل نے جواب دیتے ہوئے کہا کہ پی ٹی آئی قیادت کا شکریہ کہ انہوں نے جلسہ ملتوی کر دیا، ضلعی انتظامیہ نے پی ٹی آئی کو جلسےکی اگلی اجازت بھی دے دی ہے۔چیف جسٹس عامر فاروق نے پوچھا کہ پورا اسلام آباد بند ہے، کنٹینرز ہی کنٹینرز ہیں، صرف ایک مارگلہ روڈ کھلا ہے، وہاں بھی لمبی لائنیں لگی ہوئی ہیں، گاڑیوں کی آدھے پونے گھنٹےکی لمبی لائن ہوتی ہے، وجہ کیا ہے؟
اُنہوں نے پوچھا کہ محرم ہو گیا، ختم نبوت والے آ گئے، اب آگے کیا ہونا ہے وہ بھی بتا دیں؟ کیا اچھا لگےگا کہ میں کمشنر کو بلا کر شوکاز نوٹس جاری کروں۔چیف جسٹس عامر فاروق نے استفسار کیا کہ جلسے کی آئندہ تاریخ کیا ہے؟ ہم یہ درخواست زیرِ التوا رکھ لیتے ہیں۔اس کے ساتھ ہی عدالت نے کیس کی سماعت 10 ستمبر تک ملتوی کر دی۔
