Destruction of historic mosques and dargahs in Gujarat, India

ھارت میں مسلمانوں پر ظلم و ستم کوئی نئی بات نہیں، اسی سلسلے کی کڑی میں گجرات میں مسجد اور قبرستان سمیت ایک مزار کو بھی مسمار کردیا گیا۔
بین الاقوامی خبر رساں ادارے کی رپورٹ کے مطابق بھارت کی ریاست گجرات میں حکام کی جانب سے صدیوں سے قائم ایک مسجد، مسلمانوں کے قبرستان اور ایک مزار کو مسمار کردیا گیا۔
رپورٹس کے مطابق گجرات کی انتظامیہ نے نام نہاد ‘انسداد تجاوزات مہم’ کا نام دے کر مسجد اور مزار کو مسمار کرنے کا عمل شروع کیا اور اپنے مذموم مقاصد میں کامیاب ہوگئی۔
انتظامیہ نے مسجد کو مسمار کرنے کیلئے بھاری مشینری کا استعمال کیا جس میں 70 ٹریکٹرز اور 10 ڈمپر شامل تھے جبکہ اس دوران بھارتی پولیس کے 1400 اہلکار بھی موجود تھے۔
واقعے کے خلاف مسلمانوں کی جانب سے شدید احتجاج کیا گیا،تاہم انتظامیہ نے 70 سے مظاہرین کو حراست میں لے لیا۔
اس سے قبل ایک اور واقعے میں بھارتی ریاست آسام میں 28 مسلمانوں کو غیر ملکی قرار دے کر حراستی کیمپ منتقل کر دیا گیا۔
رپورٹس کے مطابق آسام کے ضلع بارپیٹا میں 28 افراد (19 مرد اور 9 خواتین) کو ان کے گھروں اور خاندانوں سے کاٹ کر اچانک ”غیر ملکی“ قرار دے دیا گیا ہے۔

According to reports, the Gujarat administration started the process of demolishing mosques and shrines in the so-called ‘anti-encroachment campaign’ and succeeded in its nefarious objectives.
The administration used heavy machinery including 70 tractors and 10 dumpers to demolish the mosque while 1400 Indian police personnel were also present.
The incident was strongly protested by the Muslims, however, the administration detained 70 protesters.
Earlier, in another incident, 28 Muslims were declared foreigners and transferred to a detention camp in the Indian state of Assam.
According to reports, 28 people (19 men and 9 women) were suddenly cut off from their homes and families and declared “foreigners” in Assam’s Barpeta district.
