اسلام آباد کی ڈسٹرکٹ اینڈ سیشن عدالت میں ضمانت کی درخواست پر سماعت کے دوران سابق خاتون اول بشریٰ بی بی کمرہ عدالت میں آبدیدہ ہو گئیں۔ایڈیشنل سیشن جج محمد افضل مجوکہ نے عمران خان کی 6 اور بشریٰ بی بی کی ایک مقدمے میں ضمانت کی درخواستوں پر سماعت کی۔دوران سماعت جج نے ریمارکس میں کہا کہ بانی پی ٹی آئی نے ویڈیو لنک کے ذریعے پیش ہونا تھا، جیل حکام کو ہدایت کریں بانی پی ٹی آئی کو ویڈیو لنک کے ذریعے حاضر کریں۔وکیل سلمان صفدر نے استدعا کی کہ بانی پی ٹی آئی کی حد تک عدالت سختی سے حکم دے تب انہیں ویڈیو لنک کے ذریعے پیش کیا جائیگا، جب تک بانی پی ٹی آئی پیش ہوتے ہیں میں بشریٰ بی بی کے خلاف 442 پر دلائل دے دیتا ہوں۔پی ٹی آئی کے وکیل نے دلائل جاری رکھتے ہوئے کہا کہ ڈیڑھ سال ہو گیا آپ سوچ رہے ہیں آج دلائل کیوں دے رہے ہیں کیونکہ تفتیش آج کمرہ عدالت میں ہوئی، اس مقدمہ میں بانی پی ٹی آئی،بشریٰ بی بی،فرح اور شہزاد اکبر سمیت پانچ ملزمان ہو گئے، صرف دو ملزمان کی ضمانت کی درخواستیں ہیں باقی کی نہیں ہیں۔عدالت نے پراسیکیوشن سے استفسار کیا کہ ڈیڑھ سال تک آپ نے کیا تفتیش کی ہے؟ آپ کا الزام ہے رسید جعلی ہے اور انہوں نے کیا کدھر پیش کیا ثبوت دیں، پولیس کا تو الزام ہی مطمئن کرنے والا نہیں ہے، الیکشن کمیشن کو جو لیٹر لکھا اسکا جواب کیا آیا وہ لیکر آئیں۔عمران خان کے وکیل نے کہا کہ بانی پی ٹی آئی کو ویڈیو لنک کے ذریعے پیش نہیں کیا جانا کیونکہ ویڈیو لنک خراب ہے، بشریٰ بی بی آج موجود ہیں انکی حد تک آپ فیصلہ کر دیں۔بشری بی بی روسٹرم پر آ گئیں اور کمرہ عدالت میں رو پڑیں۔سابق خاتون اول نے کہا کہ میرا کمبل و دیگر سامان گاڑی میں ہے جب آپ کہیں گے میں جیل جانے کو تیار ہوں، ہمارے وکلاء سمیت تمام وکلاء صرف وقت ضائع کرتے ہیں، جو اندر بیٹھا ہے کیا وہ انسان نہیں ہے؟ کسی جج کو نظر نہیں آتا؟ میں اب اس عدالت میں نہیں آونگی،یہاں صرف ناانصافیاں ہوتی ہیں۔بعدازاں عدالت نے بشریٰ بی بی کی ایک اور عمران خان کی 6 مقدمات میں ضمانت کی درخواستوں پر فیصلہ محفوظ کرلیا۔ عدالتی عملے کے مطابق بشریٰ بی بی کی درخواست ضمانت پر فیصلہ 18 نومبر کو سنایاجائےگا، بانی پی ٹی آئی کی ضمانت کی 6 درخواستوں پر دلائل بھی 18 نومبر کو طلب کیے گئے، عمران خان اور بشریٰ بی بی کی ضمانت کی درخواستوں پر فیصلہ ایک ساتھ سنایاجائے گا.

Arguments on 6 bail applications of founder PTI were also called on November 18 will be announced.
