Israel announces military deployment in southern Lebanon

اسرائیل نے پیر کی ڈیڈ لائن کے باوجود جنوبی لبنان میں اسرائیلی فوج کی تعیناتی برقرار رکھنے کا اعلان کر دیا۔
غیر ملکی خبر رساں ادارے کے مطابق اسرائیلی وزیرِ اعظم آفس نے معاہدے پر مکمل عمل درآمد نہ ہونے کا دعویٰ کر دیا ہے۔
اسرائیلی وزیرِ اعظم آفس کا کہنا ہے کہ اسرائیلی فوج کا انخلاء علاقے میں لبنانی فوج کی تعیناتی اور معاہدے پر عمل درآمد پر منحصر ہے۔
معاہدے کے مطابق لبنان کے جنوبی علاقے سے پیر کی صبح 4 بجے تک حزب اللّٰہ کے جنگجو اور اسرائیلی فوج کا انخلاء ہونا ہے اور لبنانی فوج کی تعیناتی ہونی ہے۔
دوسری جانب اقوامِ متحدہ نے یمن میں عملے کے اراکین کو حراست میں لینے پر حوثیوں کے زیرِ اثر علاقوں میں اپنی سرگرمیاں معطل کر دیں۔

Israel has announced that it will maintain the deployment of Israeli troops in southern Lebanon despite Monday’s deadline.
According to a foreign news agency, the Israeli Prime Minister’s Office has claimed that the agreement has not been fully implemented.
The Israeli Prime Minister’s Office says that the withdrawal of Israeli troops depends on the deployment of Lebanese troops in the area and the implementation of the agreement.
According to the agreement, Hezbollah fighters and Israeli troops are to withdraw from southern Lebanon by 4 a.m. on Monday and the Lebanese army is to be deployed.
On the other hand, the United Nations has suspended its activities in areas under the control of the Houthis in Yemen after the detention of staff members.
