اسلام آباد: توشہ خانہ گاڑیوں کے ریفرنس میں نیب نے سابق وزیراعظم میاں محمد نواز شریف کو تفتیش میں کلین چٹ دے دی۔
نیب نے احتساب عدالت میں رپورٹ جمع کروا دی جس میں کہا گیا ہے کہ عدالت کا اختیار ہے کہ وہ نواز شریف کو مقدمے سے بری کر دے۔
جمع کرائی گئی رپورٹ کے مطابق سپریم کورٹ نے جعلی بینک اکاونٹ سے متعلق ریفرنس کی ہدایت کی تھی، نواز شریف نے گاڑی کی رقم جعلی بینک اکاؤنٹ سے ادا نہیں کی۔
رپورٹ کے مطابق 1997 میں گاڑی توشہ خانہ کو سرنڈر کر دی گئی تھی جبکہ 2008 میں جب گاڑی نواز شریف نے خریدی تو وہ توشہ خانہ کی ملکیت ہی نہیں تھی۔

According to the submitted report, the Supreme Court directed the reference related to the fake bank account, Nawaz Sharif did not pay the amount of the car from the fake bank account.
According to the report, the car was surrendered to Tosha Khana in 1997, while in 2008, when Nawaz Sharif bought the car, it was not owned by Tosha Khana.
