Unfortunately, the judiciary was used to kill Zulfikar Bhutto: Justice Athar Manullah

سپریم کورٹ کے جج جسٹس اطہرمن اللہ نے کہا ہے کہ بدقسمتی سے عدلیہ کو ذوالفقار بھٹو کے قتل کیلئے استعمال کیا گیا۔لاہور میں جانوروں کے حقوق اور ماحولیات کانفرنس سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے جسٹس اطہر من اللہ کا کہنا تھا کہ ضیاء الحق کا دور سب سے خوفناک تھا، سپریم کورٹ نے مانا منتخب وزیراعظم بھٹو کو عہدے سے ہٹا کر قتل کیا گیا۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ ضیاء الحق کے دور میں لاہور کے شاہی قلعے میں ٹارچر سیلز بنائے گئے تھے، جہاں مختلف سیاسی نقطہ نظررکھنے پر لوگوں کو تشدد کا نشانہ بنایا جاتا تھا، لوگوں کو مہینوں عقوبت خانوں میں رکھا جاتا تھا۔
ان کا کہنا تھا کہ جبری گمشدگی اور قیدیوں کے حقوق سے متعلق ججمنٹ اسلام آباد ہائیکورٹ نے دی تھی، بہت سے بنیادی حقوق پر اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ کی ججمنٹس ملیں گی، بطور جج میں اس درد کو محسوس کر سکتا ہوں جو کسی کا عزیز جبری گمشدہ ہونے پر اہل خانہ پر گزرتا ہے۔
کانفرنس کے دوران جسٹس اطہر من اللہ نے جانوروں کے حقوق کی اہمیت پر زور دیتے ہوئے کہا کہ پاکستان میں جانوروں کے حقوق کے تحفظ کیلئے بھی سنجیدہ اقدامات کی ضرورت ہے، کہا جاتا ہے ملک میں انسان محفوظ نہیں تو جانوروں کی بات کیوں کی جائے۔
سپریم کورٹ کے جج کا کہنا تھا کہ پاکستان میں بہترین اسلامی سکولز موجود ہیں، ہمیں سکول کے دور میں حقیقت سے برعکس پڑھایا جاتا رہا، شیر کے رہن سہن پر جو پڑھایا گیا وہ حقیقی زندگی سے بالکل مختلف تھا۔

Supreme Court Judge Justice Athar Manullah has said that unfortunately the judiciary was used to kill Zulfiqar Bhutto. Speaking at the Animal Rights and Environment Conference in Lahore, Justice Athar Manullah said that Zia-ul-Haq’s era was the worst. It was terrible, the Supreme Court believed that the elected Prime Minister Bhutto was removed from office and killed.
He said that during Zia-ul-Haq’s reign, torture cells were built in Lahore’s Shahi Fort, where people were tortured for having different political views, and people were kept in prisons for months.
He said that judgments related to enforced disappearances and prisoners’ rights were given by Islamabad High Court, many fundamental rights will be followed by judgments of Islamabad High Court. Passes on to family when missing.
During the conference, Justice Athar Manullah emphasized the importance of animal rights and said that serious measures are also needed to protect the rights of animals in Pakistan.
The Supreme Court judge said that there are the best Islamic schools in Pakistan, we were taught contrary to the reality during the school days, what was taught on the behavior of the tiger was completely different from the real life.
