Arshad Sharif murder case: MLA agreement between Pakistan and Kenya ready

سینئر صحافی ارشد شریف قتل سے متعلق کیس میں پاکستان اور کینیا کے درمیان ایم ایل اے کا معاہدہ تیار ہوگیا۔
ارشد شریف قتل سے متعلق کیس کی سماعت جسٹس امین الدین خان کی سربراہی میں سپریم کورٹ کے 7 رکنی آئینی بنچ نے کی۔
کیس کی سماعت کے دوران ایڈیشنل اٹارنی جنرل نے بتایا کہ حکومت پاکستان اور کینیا کی حکومت کے مابین ایم ایل اے کا معاہدہ تیار کر لیا گیا ہے، معاہدے پر کل دستخط ہو جائیں گے۔
ایڈیشنل اٹارنی جنرل عامر رحمان نے عدالت کو بتایا کہ رپورٹ داخل نہیں کر سکا جس پر عدالت نے رپورٹ جمع کرانے کا حکم دے کر سماعت ملتوی کردی۔

In the case related to the murder of senior journalist Arshad Sharif, an MLA agreement was reached between Pakistan and Kenya.
The case related to Arshad Sharif’s murder was heard by a 7-member constitutional bench of the Supreme Court headed by Justice Aminuddin Khan.
During the hearing of the case, the Additional Attorney General said that the MLA agreement between the Government of Pakistan and the Government of Kenya has been prepared, the agreement will be signed tomorrow.
Additional Attorney General Aamir Rehman told the court that he could not file the report, on which the court ordered to submit the report and adjourned the hearing.
