GHQ attack case, Imran Khan indicted

جی ایچ کیو حملہ کیس میں بانی پی ٹی آئی سمیت دیگر ملزمان پر فرد جرم عائد کر دی گئی۔فرد جرم اے ٹی سی جج امجد علی شاہ نے پڑھ کر سنائی، عمران خان کے علاوہ شیخ رشید سمیت دیگر 100 ملزمان پر فرد جرم عائد کی گئی ہے۔
سماعت کے موقع پر عمران خان اور شاہ محمود قریشی کو کمرہ عدالت میں پیش کیا گیا، عمرایوب، شیخ رشید، فواد چودھری، زرتاج گل اور راجہ بشارت سمیت دیگر ملزمان بھی پیش ہوئے۔
بانی پی ٹی آئی سمیت دیگر ملزمان نے صحت جرم سے انکار کیا ہے، عدالت نے کیس کی آئندہ سماعت 10 دسمبر تک ملتوی کر دی۔
