Need of the hour to bring fake news SPREADERS into account: Formation Commanders’ Conference

فارمیشن کمانڈرز کانفرنس میں حکومت سے مطالبہ کیا گیا ہے کہ بے لگام غیر اخلاقی آزادی اظہارِ رائے کی آڑ میں زہر اُگلنے ، جھوٹ اور معاشرتی تقسیم کا بیج بونے کے خاتمے کے لئے سخت قوانین وضوابط بنا کر ان پر عمل درآمد کرائے. جعلی خبریں پھیلانے والوں کو انصاف کے کٹہرے میں لانا وقت کی ضرورت ہے۔
آئی ایس پی آر کے مطابق آرمی چیف جنرل سید عاصم منیر کی زیر صدارت دو روزہ 84 ویں فارمیشن کمانڈرز کانفرنس ہوئی، کانفرنس میں کور کمانڈرز، پرنسپل سٹاف آفیسرز اور پاک فوج کے تمام فارمیشن کمانڈرز نے شرکت کی، کانفرنس کے آغاز میں فورم نے شہدا کے ایصال و ثواب کے لیے فاتحہ خوانی کی۔
فورم نے پاکستان کے امن و استحکام کیلئے شہدائے افواجِ پاکستان، قانون نافذ کرنے والے اداروں، پاکستانی شہریوں اور اسلام آباد میں حالیہ پر تشدد مظاہروں میں جام شہادت نوش کرنے والے سکیورٹی اہلکاروں کو زبردست خراجِ عقیدت پیش کیا۔
کانفرنس نے بھارت کی جانب سے مقبوضہ جموں و کشمیر میں جاری انسانی حقوق کی خلاف ورزیوں کی مذمت کی، کشمیری عوام کے لیے پاکستان کی غیر متزلزل سیاسی، سفارتی اور اخلاقی حمایت کا اعادہ کیا۔
کانفرنس کے شرکاء نے فلسطینی عوام کے ساتھ اظہار یکجہتی اور غزہ میں جاری مظالم کی پُرزور مذمت کی، شرکا نے غزہ میں جاری فوجی جارحیت کے خاتمے کے لیے بین الاقوامی قانونی اقدامات کی بھی حمایت کی۔
کانفرنس کے شرکا کو بیرونی اور اندرونی خطرات کے تناظر میں موجودہ صورتحال کے بارے میں بریفنگ دی گئی، شرکا نے روایتی اور غیر روایتی خطرات سے نمٹنے کے لیے پاک فوج کی آپریشنل تیاریوں کا جائزہ بھی لیا، فورم نے انسداد دہشت گردی کے خلاف جاری آپریشنز کا جامع تجزیہ کیا۔
فورم نے بلوچستان میں دہشت گردوں بالخصوص بی ایل اے مجید بریگیڈ کے خلاف آپریشن پر خصوصی توجہ دینے کے ساتھ، پاکستان کو غیر مستحکم کرنے کے لیے دشمن قوتوں کی ایماء پر کام کرنے والے دہشت گردوں، ان کے سہولت کاروں اور ان کی حوصلہ افزائی کرنے والوں کو بے اثر کرنے کا عزم کیا۔
کانفرنس کے شرکا نے پاک فوج کی دارالحکومت کی اہم سرکاری عمارتوں کو محفوظ بنانے اور قابل احترام غیر ملکی وفود کو دورہ پاکستان کے دوران محفوظ ماحول فراہم کرنے کی غرض سے پاک فوج کی قانونی تعیناتی کے خلاف کیے جانے والے بدنیتی پر مبنی پروپیگنڈے پر تشویش کا اظہار کیا۔
شرکا کانفرنس کا کہنا تھا کہ یہ مربوط اور پہلے سے تیار کردہ پروپیگنڈا بعض سیاسی عناصر کے مذموم عزائم کے تسلسل کی عکاسی کرتا ہے جس کا مقصد پاکستان کے عوام ، مسلح افواج اور اداروں کے درمیان دراڑ پیدا کرنا ہے۔
کانفرنس کے شرکا نے کہا کہ بیرونی عناصر کی مدد سے کیے جانے والے پروپیگنڈے کی ایسی مذموم کوششیں کبھی کامیاب نہیں ہونگی، یہ ضروری ہے کہ حکومت بے لگام غیر اخلاقی آزادی اظہارِ رائے کی آڑ میں زہر اُگلنے، جھوٹ اور معاشرتی تقسیم کا بیج بونے کے خاتمے کے لئے سخت قوانین وضوابط بنائے اور ان پر عمل درآمد کرائے۔
شرکا کانفرنس کا کہنا تھا کہ سیاسی و مالی فوائد کی خاطر جعلی خبریں پھیلانے والوں کی نشاندہی کر کے انہیں انصاف کے کٹہرے میں لانا وقت کی اہم ضرورت ہے، پاک فوج ملک و قوم کی خدمت بغیر کسی تعصب اور سیاسی وابستگی کے کرتی ہے۔
شرکا کانفرنس نے کہا کہ پاک فوج تمام اندرونی و بیرونی خطرات سے نمٹنے کے لئے ملک کی حفاظت کرتی رہے گی، ذاتی مفادات کے حصول کے لئے معصوم شہریوں کو ایک دوسرے کے خلاف کھڑا کرنے اور تشدد کو ہتھیار کے طور پر استعمال کرنے کی کسی بھی کوشش کو ہرگز برداشت نہیں کیا جائے گا۔
فورم نے دہشتگردوں بالخصوص فتنہ الخوارج کی جانب سے پاکستان کے خلاف افغانستان کی سرزمین کے بے دریغ استعمال پر بھی تشویش کا اظہار کیا، شرکا کا کہنا تھا کہ باہمی ترقی اور فائدے کے حصول پر توجہ مرکوز کرنا دونوں پڑوسی اسلامی ممالک کے بہترین مفاد میں ہے۔
شرکا نے کہا کہ افغان عبوری حکومت کواپنی سر زمین کو دہشت گردی کے لئے استعمال ہونے سے روکنے کے لیے واضح اقدامات کرنے کی ضرورت ہے۔
فورم نے اس عزم کا اعادہ کیا کہ دہشت گردی کے خلاف بہادری سے ڈٹے رہنے والے خیبر پختونخوا اور بلوچستان کے غیور عوام کی فلاح و بہبود کے لئے وفاقی و صوبائی حکومتوں کی طرف سے شروع کی جانے والی تمام سماجی و اقتصادی ترقیاتی کوششوں کی حمایت جاری رکھیں گے۔
فورم نے اقتصادی ترقی کو فروغ دینے، غیر قانونی سرگرمیوں کے خلاف کریک ڈاؤن اور دہشت گردی اور جرائم کے گٹھ جوڑ کو ختم کرنے میں حکومتی کوششوں کی حمایت جاری رکھنے کا عزم کیا۔
کانفرنس کے اختتام پر آرمی چیف نے پاکستان کی سلامتی و استحکام کو یقینی بنانے کے لئے درپیش کسی بھی قسم کی مشکلات اور چیلنجز سے نمٹنے کے لئے پیشہ ورانہ مہارت، آپریشنل تیاریوں اور پاک فوج کے غیر متزلزل عزم کی اہمیت پر زور دیا۔
