Section 144 enforced for 3 days in Punjab

حکومت پنجاب نے3 روز کیلئے صوبہ بھر میں دفعہ 144 نافذ کر دی ، محکمہ داخلہ پنجاب نے نوٹی فکیشن جاری کردیا۔
ترجمان محکمہ داخلہ پنجاب کے مطابق صوبے میں ہر قسم کے احتجاج، جلسے، جلوس، ریلیوں، دھرنوں اور ایسی تمام سرگرمیوں پر پابندی عائد کردی گئی ہے ، حکومت پنجاب نے صوبے میں 3 دن کیلئے دفعہ 144 نافذ کی ہے ، اس پابندی کا اطلاق ہفتہ 23 نومبر سے سوموار 25 نومبر تک ہو گا۔
نوٹی فکیشن کے مطابق سکیورٹی خطرات کے پیش نظر کوئی بھی عوامی جلوس دہشت گردوں کیلئے سافٹ ٹارگٹ ہو سکتا ہے، شرپسند عناصر عوامی اجتماع کی آڑ میں ریاست مخالف سرگرمیوں سے اپنے مذموم مقاصد حاصل کر سکتے ہیں۔
کابینہ کمیٹی برائے امن و امان کے 18ویں اجلاس میں دفعہ 144 کے نفاذ کی سفارش کی گئی تھی، دفعہ 144 کے نفاذ کا فیصلہ امن و امان کے قیام، انسانی جانوں اور املاک کے تحفظ کیلئے کیا گیا۔

According to the notification, in view of the security threats, any public procession can be a soft target for terrorists, miscreants can achieve their nefarious purposes through anti-state activities under the guise of public gathering.
In the 18th meeting of the Cabinet Committee on Law and Order, the implementation of Article 144 was recommended, the decision to implement Article 144 was made for the establishment of law and order, protection of human lives and property.
