اڈیالہ جیل میں توشہ خانہ ٹو ریفرنس میں بانی پی ٹی آئی عمران خان اور بشریٰ بی بی کی بریت کی درخواستوں پر سماعت ہوئی، سپیشل جج سینٹرل اسلام آباد شاہ رخ ارجمند نے پہلے سے محفوظ فیصلہ سنایا۔
عدالت نے فیصلہ سناتے ہوئے عمران خان اور بشریٰ بی بی کی بریت کی درخواستیں مسترد کر دیں، سماعت کے دوران بشریٰ بی بی عدالت میں موجود نہیں تھیں۔ بانی پی ٹی آئی اور ان کی اہلیہ پر پیر (18 نومبر) کو فرد جرم عائد کی جائے گی۔ عدالت نے توشہ خانہ ٹو کیس میں بانی پی ٹی آئی اور بشریٰ بی بی کی بریت کی درخواست پر فیصلہ 8 نومبر کو محفوظ کیا تھا۔
