Actor Govinda shot dead, shifted to hospital

بھارتی میڈیا رپورٹ کے مطابق یہ واقعہ منگل کی صبح پونے 5 بجے پیش آیا جب 60 سالہ اداکار اور سیاسی جماعت شیو سینا کے رہنما واقعے کے وقت اپنے جوہو والے گھر میں اکیلے تھے۔
بالی ووڈ سپر سٹار گووند ارجن آہوجا المعروف گووندا کو اپنی رہائش گاہ پر اپنے ہی ریوالور سے گولی لگ گئی جس کے بعد انہیں ہسپتال داخل کروا دیا گیا۔
اداکار کے منیجر ششی سنہا نے ابتدائی بیان میں بتایا کہ ہمارا کولکتہ میں ایک شو تھا اور صبح 6 بجے کی فلائٹ تھی، میں ایئرپورٹ پہنچ چکا تھا اور گووندا نکل رہے تھے جب ان سے غلطی سے گولی چل گئی جو ان کی ٹانگ میں لگی۔
ششی سنہا کے مطابق ریوالور الماری میں رکھنے کے دوران گرگیا اور غلطی سے فائر ہوگیا، گووندا جی کو صرف ایک ٹانگ پر چوٹ آئی اور ان کا زخم خطرناک نہیں ہے۔
منیجر نے مزید بتایا ہے کہ ہسپتال میں ایک چھوٹے سے آپریشن کے بعد گووندا کی ٹانگ سے گولی نکال لی گئی ہے۔

According to Indian media reports, the incident took place at 5:00 am on Tuesday when the 60-year-old actor and leader of the political party Shiv Sena was alone in his Juhu home at the time of the incident.
Bollywood superstar Govind Arjun Ahuja aka Govinda was shot with his own revolver at his residence after which he was admitted to hospital.
“We had a show in Kolkata and a 6 am flight, I had reached the airport and Govinda was leaving when he was accidentally shot in the leg,” the actor’s manager Shashi Sinha said in an initial statement.
According to Shashi Sinha, the revolver fell while keeping it in the cupboard and accidentally fired, Govindaji was injured only on one leg and his injury was not serious.
The manager has further informed that after a minor operation at the hospital, the bullet has been removed from Govinda’s leg.
