وفاقی حکومت نے سرکاری بجلی تقسیم کار کمپنیوں کی نجکاری کرنے کیلئے ہنگامی بنیادوں پر ان کمپنیوں کے سی ای اوز سے نجکاری کے حوالے سے تفصیلات طلب کر لیں۔
پاور ڈویژن نے تمام بجلی تقسیم کار کمپنیوں کے سربراہوں سے آج 29 اگست تک کے کمپنیوں کے اثاثوں اور ملازمین کی تعداد سمیت دیگر تفصیلات طلب کی ہیں۔
پاور ڈویژن کی طرف سے بجلی تقسیم کار کمپنیوں ڈسکوز کو لکھے گئے خطوط کے مطابق تمام ڈسکوز کے سی ای اوز کو 29 اگست تک معلومات فراہم کرنے کی ہدایت کی گئی ہے خطوط میں کہا گیا ہے کہ تمام ڈسکوز سے مستقل، کنٹریکٹ اور ڈیلی ویجز ملازمین کی تفصیلات فراہم کریں ڈسکوز ملازمین کی تنخواہ، پیکج اور پنشن کے واجبات سمیت ان کمپنیوں سے جائیدادوں کی تفصیلات بھی طلب کی گئی ہیں۔
بجلی تقسیم کار کمپنیوں سے 30 جون 2024 تک آڈٹ شدہ فنانشل اسٹیٹمنٹس اور گزشتہ 5 سال کے واجبات، ایکوئٹی سمیت فنانشل اسٹرکچر بھی طلب کیا گیا ہے۔
خطوط میں کہا گیا ہے کہ ریگولیٹری اداروں کے احکامات سے متعلق زیرالتوا معاملات کی تفصیلات فراہم کریں بجلی کمپنیوں پر لاگو تمام ریگولیٹری اور لیگل فریم ورک کی تفصیلات بھی مانگی گئی ہیں، بجلی کمپنیوں کے پاس موجود مشینری، گاڑیوں اور دیگر اثاثہ جات کی تفصیلات بھی طلب کی گئی ہیں۔
