For the first time in Punjab, decent employment opportunities have been opened for transgenders.
معاشرے کے ضعیف اورنظراندازطبقے کا احساس، وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب کا ویژن،ٹرانس جینڈرز بھیک نہیں،باعزت روزگارکمائیں گے،پہلی مرتبہ ٹرانس جینڈرز کیلئے ٹیکنیکل سکلز کی ٹریننگ کا جامع پروگرام شروع ہوگا۔
تفصیلات کے مطابق 1600ٹرانس جینڈرکیلئے پہلے مرحلے میں خصوصی مختلف فنون سکھائے جائیں گے، ٹرانس جینڈرز کو آئی ٹی، فری لانسنگ کی ٹریننگ سے معاشی طور پر خود مختار بنایا جائیگا، پہلی مرتبہ ٹرانس جینڈرز کیلئے ہیلتھ کیئر اسسٹنٹ سکل ٹریننگ کا اہتمام کیا جائے گا۔
باعزت روزگار کیلئے ٹرانس جینڈرز کو ٹیلرنگ ،فیشن ڈیزائنگ بھی سکھائی جائے گی، ٹرانس جینڈر کمیونٹی کو الیکٹریکل ورک،سولر ٹیکنالوجی کی ٹریننگ دی جائے گی، ٹرانس جینڈر کمیونٹی کو بیوٹی سروسز اور کُلنری آرٹس کی ٹریننگ دی جائے گی۔وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب مریم نواز کا کہنا تھا کہ ٹرانس جینڈر کے ساتھ بے رحمانہ رویہ افسوسناک ہے،ٹرانس جینڈرز سماجی بائیکاٹ ،مناسب روزگار نہ ملنے سے بھیک مانگنے پر مجبور ہیں،ٹرانس جینڈرز کو سکل سکھا کر ثابت کریں کہ ٹیلنٹ کا کوئی جینڈر نہیں۔
The realization of the weak and neglected section of the society, the vision of the Chief Minister of Punjab, transgenders will not be beggars, but will earn a dignified livelihood, for the first time a comprehensive program of technical skills training for transgenders will be started.
According to the details, in the first phase, 1600 transgenders will be taught special various skills, transgenders will be made economically independent through IT, freelancing training, for the first time healthcare assistant skill training will be organized for transgenders.
For decent employment, transgenders will also be taught tailoring and fashion designing. The transgender community will be given training in electrical work and solar technology. The transgender community will be given training in beauty services and culinary arts. Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz said that the ruthless attitude towards transgenders is regrettable. Transgenders are forced to beg due to social boycott and lack of suitable employment. Transgenders should be taught skills and prove that talent has no gender.
