محکمہ موسمیات کے مطابق بلوچستان میں 24گھنٹوں کے دوران گوادر میں 80 ملی میٹر بارش ریکارڈ کی گئی جبکہ اورماڑہ میں77، پسنی میں 66، جیوانی میں 40 ملی میٹر بارش ریکارڈ کی گئی۔
گوادر، پسنی، نوشکی، نوکنڈی اور بارکھان میں بارشوں کا سلسلہ جاری ہے جس کے باعث نشیبی علاقے زیر آب آ گئے ہیں، کوئیک رسپانس ٹیمیں اور سول انتظامیہ امدادی کارروائیوں میں مصروف ہے، سیلابی صورتحال کے باعث فصلوں اور باغات کو بھی نقصان پہنچا ہے۔
پی ڈی ایم اے کے مطابق سیلاب کے باعث مکران کوسٹل ہائی وے پر بسول ندی کا پُل ٹوٹ گیا جس کے باعث ہائی وے 2 مقامات سے بند ہوگئی، گوادر اور مکران کا کراچی سے زمینی رابطہ منقطع ہوگیا، اورماڑہ کے دیہی علاقوں میں بھی سیلابی صورتحال ہے، قلات، مستونگ، نوشکی اور ژوب میں بھی نشیبی علاقے ڈوب گئے۔
چیف میٹرولوجسٹ سردار سرفراز کا کہنا ہے کہ بلوچستان کے مختلف علاقوں میں بارش کا سلسلہ جاری ہے، ساحلی علاقوں سے شدید بارش کی رپورٹ آ رہی ہے، بلوچستان سے سسٹم پنجاب اور خیبرپختونخوا میں داخل ہو رہا ہے جس کے باعث پنجاب اور خیبر پختونخوا کے مختلف علاقوں میں بھی تیز بارش کا امکان ہے۔
محکمہ موسمیات نے کہا ہے کہ مغربی ہواؤں کا سلسلہ بلوچستان کے مختلف اضلاع میں موجود ہے جبکہ کوئٹہ اور گردونواح میں آج بھی مطلع ابر آلود ہے، چند مقامات پر جھکڑ چلنے اور گرج چمک کے ساتھ موسلادھار بارش ہو سکتی ہے۔
According to the Department of Meteorology, 80 mm of rain was recorded in Gwadar during 24 hours in Balochistan, while 77 mm of rain was recorded in Ormara, 66 in Pasni, and 40 mm in Jiwani.
Rains are continuing in Gwadar, Pasni, Nushki, Nokundi and Barkhan due to which low-lying areas are flooded, quick response teams and civil administration are engaged in relief operations, crops and gardens have also been damaged due to the flood situation. .
According to PDMA, due to flood, Bisul river bridge on Makran Coastal Highway was broken due to which the highway was closed at 2 places, land connection of Gwadar and Makran with Karachi was cut off, and flood situation in rural areas of Mara as well. Hai, low-lying areas in Kalat, Mastung, Nushki and Zhob were also submerged.
Chief Meteorologist Sardar Sarfraz says that the rain is continuing in different areas of Balochistan, reports of heavy rain are coming from the coastal areas, the system is entering Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa from Balochistan due to which different parts of Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Heavy rain is also likely in the areas.
The Meteorological Department has said that westerly winds are present in different districts of Balochistan, while in Quetta and its surroundings, the forecast is still cloudy, there may be heavy rain at some places with thunder and lightning.
