Imran Khan’s bail decision in 190 million pounds reference challenged in Supreme Court

چیئرمین نیب نے اسلام آباد ہائیکورٹ کے ضمانت دینے کے فیصلہ کیخلاف سپریم کورٹ میں درخواست دائر کی۔
درخواست میں موقف اختیار کیا گیا ہے کہ اسلام آباد ہائیکورٹ کا فیصلہ قانون کے بر خلاف ہے، ملزم کو ضمانت دیتے ہوئے عدالت نے حقائق کو نظر انداز کیا، سپریم کورٹ سے استدعا ہے کہ اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ کا فیصلہ کالعدم قرار دیا جائے۔
