Thousands of employees of Punjab Health Facilities Management Company lost their salary.

محکمہ پرائمری ہیلتھ کی سنگین لاپرواہی کی وجہ سے پنجاب ہیلتھ فسیلیٹیز مینجمنٹ کمپنی کے ہزاروں ملازمین تنخواہ سے محروم ہوگئے ۔ پی ایچ ایف ایم سی کے زیر انتظام 14 اضلاع کے ہسپتالوں کو تنخواہ نہیں مل سکی ۔ پی ایچ ایف ایم سی کے 2 ہزار ڈاکٹرز سمیت ساڑھے 8 ہزار سے زائد ملازمین کو ڈیڑھ ماہ کی تنخواہ ادا نہیں کی جاسکی ۔ بورڈ اور مجاز افسران نہ ہونے کی وجہ سے تنخواہ جاری کرنے کا اختیار کسی کے پاس نہیں ہے ۔ محکمہ پرائمری ہیلتھ پی ایچ ایف ایم سی کے بورڈ کو فعال کرنے اور مستقل انتظامی و فنانشل افسران کی تعیناتی تاحال نہیں کر سکا جس کی وجہ سے تنخواہوں کی ادائیگی مزید التوا کا شکار ہونے کا سنگین خدشہ ہے ۔ تنخواہوں کی عدم ادائیگی سے پی ایچ ایف ایم سی ملازمین شدید مالی مشکلات سے دوچار ہیں ۔

Due to the serious negligence of the Primary Health Department, thousands of employees of the Punjab Health Facilities Management Company lost their salaries. Hospitals in 14 districts managed by PHFMC could not get salary. More than 8,500 employees including 2,000 doctors of PHFMC could not be paid one and a half month’s salary. No one has the authority to issue salary due to lack of board and authorized officers. The Department of Primary Health has not yet been able to activate the PHFMC Board and appoint permanent administrative and financial officers due to which there is a serious fear of further delay in payment of salaries. PHFMC employees are facing serious financial problems due to non-payment of salaries.
