Announcement of reduction in court fee in Punjab

حکومتِ پنجاب نے صوبے بھر میں کورٹ فیسز میں کمی کر دی۔ گورنر پنجاب سردار سلیم حیدر خان کی منظوری کے بعد بورڈ آف ریونیو پنجاب کی جانب سے کورٹ فیسز میں کمی کا نوٹیفکیشن جاری کر دیا گیا۔
نوٹیفکیشن کے مطابق سول کورٹ سے آرڈر یا فیصلے کی مصدقہ کاپی کے لیے ون ٹائم 100 روپے جبکہ ہائی کورٹ سے آرڈر یا فیصلے کی مصدقہ کاپی پر ون ٹائم کورٹ فیس 500 روپے مقرر کی گئی ہے۔
پنجاب ٹیننسی ایکٹ 1887 کے تحت بورڈ آف ریونیو یا کمشنرز کو نظرِ ثانی درخواست اور سی پی سی سیکشن 15 کے تحت ہائی کورٹ میں نظرِ ثانی کی درخواست پر ون ٹائم 500 روپے کورٹ فیس مقرر کی گئی ہے۔
اسی طرح کسٹم، ایکسائز، لینڈ ریونیو، سول کورٹ میں 10 ہزار روپے سے کم ویلیو والے کیسز میں درخواست پر کورٹ فیس 10 روپے جبکہ کورٹ ریونیو یا رینٹ درخواست پر کورٹ فیس 500 روپے سے کم کر کے 10 روپے مقرر کر دی گئی ہے۔
ریکارڈ طلبی کی درخواست پر 10 روپے جبکہ سول، کریمنل کورٹ اور ریونیو کورٹ میں وکالت نامہ یا مختار نامہ جمع کروانے پر کورٹ فیس 100 روپے مقرر کی گئی ہے۔
ہائی کورٹ یا بورڈ آف ریونیو میں وکالت نامے پر کورٹ فیس 500 روپے سے کم کر کے 200 روپے جبکہ فیملی کورٹ اور قیدی کے وکالت نامے پر کورٹ فیس کو مکمل طور پر ختم کر دیا گیا ہے۔
نوٹیفکیشن کے مطابق حکمِ امتناعی کی درخواست پر کورٹ فیس 500 روپے سے کم کر کے 10 روپے مقرر کر دی گئی ہے۔

The Punjab government reduced the court fees across the province. After the approval of Punjab Governor Sardar Salim Haider Khan, the Board of Revenue Punjab has issued a notification of reduction in court fees.
According to the notification, a one-time court fee of Rs 100 has been fixed for a certified copy of an order or judgment from a civil court, while a one-time court fee of Rs 500 has been fixed for a certified copy of an order or judgment from a high court.
A one-time court fee of Rs 500 has been fixed for a revision petition to the Board of Revenue or Commissioners under the Punjab Tenancy Act 1887 and a revision petition to the High Court under CPC Section 15.
Similarly, in customs, excise, land revenue, civil court, in cases with value less than 10,000 rupees, the court fee on the application has been reduced to 10 rupees, while on court revenue or rent application, the court fee has been reduced from 500 rupees to 10 rupees.
10 rupees for subpoena request, while court fee is fixed at 100 rupees for submission of power of attorney or power of attorney in civil, criminal court and revenue court.
Court fee on plea in High Court or Board of Revenue has been reduced from Rs 500 to Rs 200 while court fee on family court and prisoner’s plea has been completely abolished.
According to the notification, the court fee on injunction application has been reduced from Rs.500 to Rs.10.
