Pervez Elahi got permission to go abroad.

جسٹس شمس محمود مرزا نے پرویز الہٰی سمیت دیگر کی درخواستوں پر سماعت کی تھی۔
اس کیس کے حوالے سے سرکاری وکیل نے رپورٹ لاہور ہائی کورٹ میں پیش کر دی۔ عدالت نے سرکاری وکیل کی رپورٹ کی روشنی میں درخواستیں نمٹا دیں اور راسخ الہٰی و زارا الہٰی کا نام بھی ای سی ایل سے نکال دیا۔
واضح رہے کہ پرویز الہٰی و دیگر کی جانب سے درخواست میں مؤقف اختیار کیا گیا تھا کہ پرویز الہٰی پر درج مقدمات کی عدالتوں سے ضمانتیں منظور ہو چکی ہیں، وہ 20 ستمبر سے 5 اکتوبر تک عمرہ کرنے اور برطانیہ جانا چاہتے ہیں۔

Justice Shams Mehmood Mirza heard the petitions of Pervez Elahi and others.
Regarding this case, the government lawyer submitted the report in the Lahore High Court. The court disposed of the petitions in the light of the public prosecutor’s report and also removed the names of Rasakh Elahi and Zara Elahi from the ECL.
It should be noted that in the petition on behalf of Parvez Elahi and others, it was stated that bails have been approved by the courts in the cases filed against Parvez Elahi, they want to perform Umrah from September 20 to October 5 and go to the UK.
