Prime Minister’s meeting with UN Secretary General

وزیر اعظم شہباز شریف کی جنرل سیکرٹری اقوام متحدہ سے ملاقات ہوئی، شہباز شریف نے اسلامو فوبیا کی بڑھتی لہر روکنے پر زور دیا اور جموں و کشمیر بارے اقوام متحدہ کی قراردادوں پر عملدرآمد کرانے کا مطالبہ کیا۔
شہبازشریف اور اقوام متحدہ کے سیکرٹری جنرل انتونیو گوتریس کے درمیان ملاقات اقوام متحدہ کی جنرل اسمبلی کے اجلاس کے موقع پر ہوئی، وزیر اعظم نے اقوام متحدہ کے سیکرٹری جنرل کی جانب سے “مستقبل کی سربراہی” کانفرنس کے انعقاد کا خیرمقدم کیا۔
شہباز شریف نے اس امید کا اظہار کیا کہ اس کے نتائج سے ترقی پذیر ممالک کو سسٹین ایبل ڈویلپمنٹ گولز SDGs اور موسمیاتی اہداف کے نفاذ کے لیے مالیاتی خلا اور نظام کو بہتر کرنے میں مدد ملے گی۔
سیکرٹری جنرل کو جموں و کشمیر کی صورتحال پر بریفنگ دیتے ہوئے وزیراعظم نے مقبوضہ وادی میں بھارت کی جارحانہ کارروائیوں پر پاکستان کی شدید تشویش کا اظہار کیا، وزیراعظم نے جنوبی ایشیا میں دیرپا امن و استحکام کو یقینی بنانے کے لیے تنازع کو حل کرنے کی ضرورت پر زور دیا۔
وزیراعظم نے سیکرٹری جنرل پر زور دیا کہ وہ جموں و کشمیر سے متعلق اقوام متحدہ کی سلامتی کونسل کی متعلقہ قراردادوں پر عمل درآمد اور کشمیریوں کے حق خودارادیت کو یقینی بنانے کے لیے اپنے اثرو رسوخ کا استعمال کریں۔

The meeting between Shahbaz Sharif and UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres took place on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly session, the Prime Minister welcomed the organization of the “Future Leadership” conference by the UN Secretary General.
Shahbaz Sharif expressed the hope that the findings will help developing countries improve the financing gap and systems for the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and climate targets.
Briefing the Secretary General on the situation in Jammu and Kashmir, the Prime Minister expressed Pakistan’s deep concern over India’s aggressive actions in the occupied valley. Emphasized.
The Prime Minister urged the Secretary General to use his influence to implement the relevant resolutions of the United Nations Security Council on Jammu and Kashmir and to ensure the right of self-determination of Kashmiris.
