The Prime Minister directed strict legal action against those involved in human trafficking

وزیرِ اعظم شہباز شریف کا کہنا ہے کہ انسانی اسمگلنگ کا مکروہ دھندہ کرنے والوں کے خلاف انتہائی سخت قانونی کارروائی کی جائے گی۔
انسانی اسمگلنگ کے خاتمے سے متعلق اجلاس میں گفتگو کرتے ہوئے انہوں نے کہا کہ انسانی اسمگلنگ کے خاتمے کے لیے تمام ادارے فعال کردار ادا کریں۔
وزیرِ اعظم نے ایف آئی اے میں افرادی قوت کی کمی فوری طور پر پورا کرنے کی ہدایت کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ ہوائی اڈوں پر بیرون ملک سفر کرنے والوں کی اسکریننگ کا معیاری نظام قائم کیا جائے۔
شہباز شریف نے غیر قانونی بیرون ملک سفر اور انسانی اسمگلنگ کے بارے میں آگاہی مہم چلانے کی ہدایت اور انسانی اسمگلنگ کے انتہائی مطلوب اسمگلروں کی حوالگی کے لیے انٹرپول سے رابطہ کرنے کی ہدایت کی۔
اجلاس میں انسانی اسمگلروں کے خلاف اب تک لیے گئے اقدامات پر بریفنگ دی گئی۔
اجلاس میں بریفنگ دیتے ہوئے کہا گیا کہ جون 2023ء تا دسمبر 2024ء انسانی اسمگلنگ کے واقعات میں متعدد انسانی اسمگلر گرفتار ہو چکے، متعدد سہولت کار سرکاری اہلکار برطرف کیے جا چکے اور کئی تادیبی کارروائی کا سامنا کر رہے ہیں۔
وزیرِ اعظم کو بتایا گیا کہ انسانی اسمگلنگ میں ملوث سرکاری اہلکاروں کے خلاف تعزیری اقدامات کیے جا رہے ہیں، انسانی اسمگلروں کے 500 ملین روپے سے زائد کے اثاثے ضبط ہو چکے ہیں۔

While discussing the meeting on the end of human trafficking, he said that all institutions should play an active role to end human trafficking.
The Prime Minister directed to immediately fill the shortage of manpower in FIA and said that a standard screening system of foreign travelers should be established at the airports.
Shahbaz Sharif directed to conduct an awareness campaign about illegal foreign travel and human trafficking and to contact Interpol for the extradition of the most wanted human traffickers.
In the meeting, a briefing was given on the measures taken so far against human traffickers.
While giving a briefing in the meeting, it was said that many human traffickers have been arrested in human trafficking incidents from June 2023 to December 2024, many facilitating government officials have been dismissed and many are facing disciplinary action.
The Prime Minister was told that punitive measures are being taken against the government officials involved in human trafficking, assets of more than 500 million rupees have been confiscated.
