Prime Minister should be aware, if he becomes the Chief Justice in the Supreme Court on merit, then let him be the Governor of Punjab

 سردار سلیم حیدر نے کہا کہ وزیراعظم کہتے ہیں کہ پانچ ججز یا تین ججز میں سے میں منتخب کروں گا۔

سردار سلیم حیدر نے کہا کہ وزیراعظم ہوش کے ناخن لیں، چیزوں کو میرٹ پر چلنا چاہیے، سپریم کورٹ میں کوئی بھی میرٹ پر چیف جسٹس بنتا ہے تو بننے دیں، کوئی ایک ماہ یا ایک سال کےلیے چیف جسٹس بنتا ہے تو بننے دیں۔

گورنر پنجاب نے کہا کہ جب وہ ریٹائر ہوتے ہیں تو انھیں جانے دیں ایکسٹینشن کیوں دیتے ہیں؟ جب 7 اور 4 نمبر والے کو سیاستدان اوپر لاتے ہیں تو جوتے سیاستدان کو پڑتے ہیں۔

Punjab Governor Sardar Saleem Haider has severely criticized the issue of constitutional amendment and appointment of judges and said that the Prime Minister is busy in expanding the number of judges instead of helping the poor.
Addressing the International Law Conference at Kahota University, Punjab Governor Sardar Saleem Haider Khan said that when we are in the opposition, we shout merit and merit, while when we get the position, we consider what we want to do as merit.
The Governor of Punjab said that our justice system is very weak and outdated in which there are only difficulties for the poor man, justice system and police culture society. will
Sardar Salim Haider said that the Prime Minister should be aware, things should be done on merit, if anyone becomes the Chief Justice in the Supreme Court on merit then let him be, if someone becomes the Chief Justice for a month or a year then let him be.
The Governor of Punjab said that when they retire, why do they give them an extension? When the number 7 and 4 are brought up by the politician, the shoes fall to the politician. Decisions in civil cases last for generations, without political support there is no FIR in the police, but if a false FIR is registered, the common man gets pushed for justice.
Sardar Saleem said that our police are under pressure of work, so their problems also have to be solved. Right, the police need to improve their salaries and revise their duty hours.
He said that the number of pending cases in the courts is in lakhs and the people are pushing for justice, there is a need to change in the civil cases also keeping in mind the problems of the common man, a politician from all the problems of the society. He is aware but unfortunately his priorities change after getting the position.
The Governor of Punjab further said that in four months as Governor, he saw the decisions of the ombudsman which are based on merit. It is known that the one who was picked from the seventh position has kicked the shoes, now is the time for the politicians to take notice because arbitrary appointment of judges without seniority has always suffered.
