ڈی جی آئی ایس پی آر لیفٹیننٹ جنرل احمد شریف چودھری نے کہا ہے کہ 9 مئی کے منصوبہ سازوں کو سزاؤں تک انصاف کا عمل مکمل نہیں ہوگا، 26 نومبر 2024 کی سازش 9 مئی 2023 کا تسلسل ہے، نومبر کی سازش کے پیچھے سیاسی دہشتگردوں کی سوچ ہے۔
راولپنڈی میں پریس کانفرنس کرتے ہوئے ڈی جی آئی ایس پی آر لیفٹیننٹ جنرل احمد شریف چودھری کا کہنا تھا کہ پاکستان نے دہشتگردی کیخلاف طویل جنگ لڑی ہے، رواں سال 59 ہزار 775 کامیاب آپریشنز کئے گئے، سکیورٹی فورسز نے 2024 میں مختلف آپریشنز کے دوران 925 دہشتگردوں کو جہنم واصل کیا جبکہ سیکڑوں گرفتار ہوئے، آپریشنز میں 27 افغان دہشتگردوں کو ہلاک کیا۔
راولپنڈی میں پریس کانفرنس کرتے ہوئے ڈی جی آئی ایس پی آر لیفٹیننٹ جنرل احمد شریف چودھری کا کہنا تھا کہ پاکستان نے دہشتگردی کیخلاف طویل جنگ لڑی ہے، رواں سال 59 ہزار 775 کامیاب آپریشنز کئے گئے، سکیورٹی فورسز نے 2024 میں مختلف آپریشنز کے دوران 925 دہشتگردوں کو جہنم واصل کیا جبکہ سیکڑوں گرفتار ہوئے، آپریشنز میں 27 افغان دہشتگردوں کو ہلاک کیا۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ ایک طویل عرصے سے افغان مہاجرین کی مہمان نوازی کرتے آرہے ہیں، افغانستان میں استحکام کیلئے پاکستان اہم کردار ادا کررہا ہے، فتنہ الخوارج افغان سرزمین پاکستان کیخلاف استعمال کر رہے ہیں، دہشتگردی کے تانے بانے افغانستان میں موجود دہشتگردوں تک جاتے ہیں، آرمی چیف افغانستان سے دہشتگردی کیخلاف دو ٹوک مؤقف رکھتے ہیں، افغانستان سے فتنہ الخوارج کے دہشتگرد پاکستان میں کارروائیاں کر رہے ہیں، افغانستان خارجیوں اور دہشتگردوں کو پاکستان پر فوقیت نہ دے۔
ڈی جی آئی ایس پی آر کا کہنا تھا کہ بھارت خطے میں جو منصوبہ بندی کررہا ہے اس سے بخوبی واقف ہیں، پاکستان اپنے شہریوں کو تحفظ دینے کیلئے کوئی کسر نہیں اٹھا رکھے گا، بھارت نے 2024 میں سیز فائر کی 25 خلاف ورزیاں کیں اور 525 فائرنگ کے واقعات ہوئے، بھارت کی جانب سے 61 بار فضائی حدود کی خلاف ورزیاں کی گئیں۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ بھارت کی طرف سے متعدد فالس فلیگ آپریشنز بھی کئے جن کا مقصد بنیادی مسائل سے توجہ ہٹانا تھا، بارڈر مینجمنٹ کے تحت سمگلنگ میں بھی کافی حد تک کمی آئی ہے، بھارت کی جانب سے مشرقی سرحد پر خطرات سے بخوبی واقف ہیں، بھارتی سپریم کورٹ کا کشمیر کی حیثیت کے خلاف فیصلہ عالمی قوانین کی خلاف ورزی ہے۔
لیفٹیننٹ جنرل احمد شریف چودھری کا کہنا تھا کہ بھارت میں علیحدگی پسند تنظیموں کو کچلنے کا عمل جاری ہے، بھارت میں مسلمانوں ،اقلیتوں کی عبادت گاہوں کو نشانہ بنایا جارہا ہے، مقبوضہ کشمیر کے عوام اپنے حق خودارادیت کیلئے عالمی توجہ کے منتظر ہیں، بھارت مقبوضہ کشمیر کے حوالے سے یو این قراردادوں کی کھلم کھلا خلاف ورزی کررہا ہے۔
ان کا کہنا تھا کہ آپ کو غیر قانونی سپیکٹرم کے تحفظ میں جگہ جگہ سیاسی پشت پناہی بھی نظر آئے گی، غیر قانونی سپیکٹرم کو توڑنا ہوگا سزائیں سنانا ہوں گی، افواج پاکستان ،قانون نافذ کرنے والے ادارے اس عفریت کے خلاف کھڑے ہیں، آرمی چیف نے کہا تھا دہشتگردی کے خلاف جنگ میں ہر پاکستانی سپاہی ہے، آرمی چیف کہہ چکے ایک پاکستانی کی جان افغانستان پر مقدم ہے۔
لیفٹیننٹ جنرل احمد شریف چودھری نے کہا کہ گورننس میں جو گیپ ہیں ان کو روزانہ کی بنیاد پر اپنے شہدا کی قربانیوں سے پر کررہے ہیں، پورے پاکستان میں کوئی ایسی جگہ نہیں جہاں دہشتگردوں یا خوارجیوں کی عملاً زمینی طور پر عمل داری ہو، یہ قربانیوں کا نتیجہ ہے۔
