نئی دہلی:بھارت میں دنیا کے سب سے بڑے انتخابات کے سات مرحلوں میں سے دوسرے مرحلے کے لیے ووٹنگ کا عمل جاری ہے جس میں 12 ریاستوں کے 88 حلقوں کے علاوہ یونین ٹیریٹری جموں اور کشمیر میں بھی ووٹنگ ہوگی۔بھارت میں ایوان زیریں یعنی لوک سبھا کی 543 نشستوں پر الیکشن کے لیے دنگل جاری ہے۔ آج کیرالہ، راجھستان کے کچھ حصے اور اتر پردیش سمیت 12 ریاستوں کے 88 حلقوں پر ایک ہزار 202 امیدواروں کے درمیان مقابلہ ہے۔آج کے انتخابات میں کئی پرانے حریف مدمقابل ہیں ان میں سیاست دانوں کے علاوہ شوبز کی شخصیات بھی شامل ہیں۔ راہول گاندھی، ہیمامالنی اور ششی تھرور ایک بار پھر اپنی قسمت آز ما رہے ہیں۔ ایک حلقے میں امیدوار کے انتقال کے باعث الیکشن ملتوی ہوگئے۔کیرالہ کی 20، کرناٹکا کی 14 اور راجھستان کی 13 نشستوں کے لیے ووٹ ڈالے جا رہے ہیں جب کہ راجستھان کی 13، اترپردیش اور مہاراشٹرا کی آٹھ، آٹھ، مدھیہ پردیشن کی 7، آسام اور بہار کی 5، بنگال کی 3 سیٹوں کے لیے پولنگ ہو گی۔ چھتیس گڑھ، جموں و کشمیر، منی پور اور تریپورہ میں ایک ایک نشست پر انتخاب ہوگا۔الیکشن کا پہلا مرحلہ 19 اپریل کو مکمل ہوا تھا جس میں 21 ریاستوں اور علاقوں میں 102 حلقوں کے 16 کروڑ 60 لاکھ ووٹرز کو ووٹ ڈالنے کا موقع ملا تھا۔ ان علاقوں میں جنوبی ریاست تامل ناڈو سے لے کر چین کے قریب سرحد پر واقع ریاست ارونچل پردیش بھی شامل تھے۔
