9 Muharram processions across the country, tight security

نواسہ رسول حضرت امام حسین رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ اور شہدائے کربلا کی عظیم قربانیوں کی یاد میں ملک بھر میں 9 ویں محرم الحرام کے موقع پر چھوٹے بڑے شہروں میں جلوس نکالے جا رہے ہیں۔ لاہور، کراچی، پشاور، کوئٹہ، راولپنڈی سمیت دیگر شہروں میں جلوسوں، مجالس اور عزاداری کا سلسلہ جاری ہے، عزاداروں کی جانب سے نوحہ خوانی اور سینہ کوبی بھی کی جا رہی ہے۔ اس موقع پر سکیورٹی کے سخت انتظامات کئے گئے ہیں، سکیورٹی خدشات کے پیش نظر مختلف شہروں میں جلوس کے راستوں پر موبائل فون سروس بھی جزوی طور پر معطل ہے۔

On the occasion of the 9th of Muharram, processions are being taken out in small and big cities across the country in memory of the great sacrifices of the grandson of the Prophet Hazrat Imam Hussain (RA) and the martyrs of Karbala. In other cities including Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, Quetta, Rawalpindi, processions, congregations and mourning are going on. Strict security arrangements have been made on this occasion, mobile phone service is also partially suspended on the procession routes in various cities due to security concerns.
