کراچی کے رہائشی نوجوان مصطفیٰ عامر قتل کیس پر ملزم ارمغان سے متعلق تحقیقات جاری ہے، تحقیقاتی ٹیموں کا کہنا ہے کہ ارمغان کے 40 مختلف بینک اکاؤنٹس سے 20 ارب روپے کی منی لانڈرنگ کی گئی۔
قومی اسمبلی کی قائمہ کمیٹی برائے داخلہ کی ذیلی کمیٹی کے دوسرے اجلاس کی اندرونی کہانی سامنے آگئی، جس کے مطابق پولیس اور ایف آئی اے سمیت متعلقہ اداروں کے افسران نے کمیٹی کو کیس پر بریفنگ دی۔
ذرائع کا کہنا ہے کہ بریفنگ میں بتایا گیا کہ ارمغان کے 40 مختلف بینک اکاؤنٹس سے 20 ارب روپے کی منی لانڈرنگ کی گئی، اکاؤنٹس کے بینک منیجرز کو بھی شامل تفتیش کرنے کا فیصلہ کیا گیا ہے۔
بریفنگ میں بتایا گیا کہ ارمغان کو 2 سیکیورٹی کمپنیز، ایک باکسر ایسوسی ایشن سیکیورٹی گارڈز فراہم کرتے تھے، ارمغان کو سامان پہچانے والی کوریئر کمپنی کو بھی نوٹس کیا گیا ہے۔
ذرائع کا کہنا ہے کہ ایف آئی اے نے انٹرپول کے ذریعے ارمغان سے ملنے والوں سے رابطے کیے، جبکہ ارمغان کے زیر استعمال غیر رجسٹرڈ گاڑیوں سے متعلق بھی تحقیقات جاری ہیں۔
ارمغان کے گھر سے بڑی تعداد میں برآمد اسلحہ فارنزک کیلئے بھیج دیا گیا، موبائل فونز اور لیپ ٹاپز کو بھی فرانزک کیلئے بھیج دیا گیا ہے۔
یاد رہے کہ اس سے قبل مصطفیٰ عامر قتل کیس کے مرکزی ملزم ارمغان کے گھر سے اربوں روپے سے زائد مالیت کی دو کرپٹو کرنسی کی مائننگ مشینیں بھی برآمد کی گئی تھیں۔
تفتیشی حکام کا کہنا ہے کہ برآمد ہونے والی دونوں مشینوں کی پاکستان میں مالیت 2 ارب روپے سے زائد ہے۔
ملزم غیر قانونی کال سینٹر کی کمائی امریکا میں کزن کو بھیجتا تھا، ملزم کا کزن امریکی ڈالرز کا ڈیجیٹل اکاؤنٹ ہولڈر ہے۔
کیس کا پس منظر:۔
واضح رہے کہ مصطفیٰ عامر کراچی کے علاقے ڈیفنس سے 6 جنوری کو لاپتہ ہوگیا تھا، جس کی لاش 14 فروری کے روز پولیس کو حب سے ملی تھی، مصطفیٰ کو اس کے بچپن کے دوستوں نے تشدد کرنے کے بعد گاڑی میں بٹھا کر جلایا تھا۔
23 سالہ مصطفیٰ عامر کی لاش ملنے کے بعد ڈپٹی انسپکٹر جنرل (ڈی آئی جی) سی آئی اے مقدس حیدر نے پریس کانفرنس کرتے ہوئے بتایا تھا کہ مصطفیٰ عامر کو قتل کیا گیا، مصطفیٰ ارمغان کے گھر گیا تھا وہاں لڑائی جھگڑے کے بعد فائرنگ کرکے اس کو قتل کیا گیا۔
ان کا کہنا تھا کہ مقتول کی لاش کو گاڑی کی ڈگی میں ڈال کر حب لے جایا گیا، لاش کو گاڑی میں جلایا گیا، ملزمان نے لاش کی نشاندہی کی، اب تک کی تحقیقات کے مطابق ارمغان اور شیراز نے گاڑی کو آگ لگائی۔

It should be noted that Mustafa Amir went missing from the Defense area of ​​Karachi on January 6, whose body was found by the police from Hub on February 14. Mustafa was tortured by his childhood friends and set on fire in a car.
After the body of 23-year-old Mustafa Amir was found, Deputy Inspector General (DIG) CIA Muqaddas Haider held a press conference and said that Mustafa Amir was murdered. Mustafa had gone to Armaghan’s house and after a fight, he was shot dead. He said that the body of the deceased was put in the trunk of a car and taken to Hub. The body was burned in the car.
