Police torture Pakistani at Manchester Airport.

مانچسٹر ایئرپورٹ پر پولیس کی جانب سے پاکستانی نوجوان پر تشدد کا واقعہ پیش آیا، واقعے کے خلاف پاکستانی کمیونٹی نے راچڈیل پولیس اسٹیشن کے سامنے احتجاج کیا۔وائرل ہونے والی ویڈیو میں پولیس افسر کو زمین پر گرے ہوئے شخص کو لات مارتے دیکھا جا سکتا ہے۔
پولیس اچانک قریب بینچ پر بیٹھے شخص پر بھی چڑھ دوڑی اور اس پر بھی تشدد کیا۔ گریٹر مانچسٹر پولیس کا کہنا ہے کہ پولیس کو ایئرپورٹ پر لڑائی کی اطلاع پر طلب کیا گیا تھا، واقعہ کا علم ہے، تحقیقات شروع کردی ہے۔
اسسٹنٹ چیف کانسٹیبل وسیم چوہدری نے کہا ہے کہ مانچسٹر ایئرپورٹ واقع میں ملوث اہلکار کو معطل کردیا گیا ہے۔ پولیس کی جانب سے پاکستانی نوجوان پر تشدد کے واقعے کی ویڈیو وائرل ہونے کے بعد کمیونٹی میں تشویش کی لہر دوڑ گئی ہے۔
واقعے کے خلاف پاکستانی کمیونٹی نے راچڈیل پولیس اسٹیشن کے سامنے احتجاج کیا۔
اس حوالے سے ہوم آفس منسٹر ڈیانا جونسن نے کہا کہ مانچسٹر ایئرپورٹ پر دل خراش واقعے پر عوام کی تشویش کو سمجھ سکتی ہوں۔
ڈیانا جونسن کا کہنا تھا کہ مانچسٹر پولیس سے واقعے کی تفصیلات طلب کی ہیں۔ بر ٹش پاکستانی رکن پارلیمنٹ یاسمین قریشی نے واقعہ پر شدید تشویش کا اظہار کیا ہے۔میئر مانچسٹر نے بھی واقعے کی مذمت کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ مانچسٹر ایئرپورٹ واقعے پر عوام میں تشویش ہے۔
ان کا کہنا تھا کہ مانچسٹر پولیس کے ڈپٹی چیف کانسٹیبل کو عوام کی تشویش سے آگاہ کردیا ہے، واقعے کی تحقیقات کے لیےانڈیپینڈنٹ آفس آف پولیس کنڈکٹ سے رجوع کیا ہے۔

Assistant Chief Constable Waseem Chaudhry has said that the official involved in the Manchester Airport incident has been suspended. A wave of concern has spread in the community after the video of the police brutality of a Pakistani youth went viral.

In this regard, Home Office Minister Diana Johnson said that she can understand the public’s concern over the heartbreaking incident at Manchester Airport.
Diana Johnson said that details of the incident have been requested from Manchester Police. British-Pakistani Member of Parliament Yasmin Qureshi has expressed serious concern over the incident. The Mayor of Manchester also condemned the incident and said that the public is concerned about the Manchester Airport incident.
He said that the Deputy Chief Constable of Manchester Police has been informed of the public’s concern and has approached the Independent Office of Police Conduct to investigate the incident.
