Maldives Chief of Defense meets Chairman Joint Chiefs General Sahir Shamshad

مالدیپ کے چیف آف ڈیفنس میجر جنرل ابراہیم ہیلمی نے چیئرمین جوائنٹ چیفس آف سٹاف کمیٹی جنرل ساحر شمشاد مرزا سے ملاقات کی ہے۔
پاک فوج کے شعبہ تعلقات عامہ (آئی ایس پی آر) کے مطابق میجر جنرل ابراہیم نے جوائنٹ سٹاف ہیڈکوارٹرز راولپنڈی کا دورہ کیا، جوائنٹ سٹاف ہیڈکوارٹرز آمد پر چاق چوبند دستے نے میجر جنرل ابراہیم کو گارڈ آف آنر پیش کیا۔
آئی ایس پی آر کے مطابق میجر جنرل ابراہیم نے چیئرمین جوائنٹ چیفس آف سٹاف کمیٹی جنرل ساحر شمشاد مرزا سے ملاقات کی جس میں دفاعی تعلقات اور مشترکہ فوجی سرگرمیاں بڑھانے پر غور کیا گیا۔
ملاقات میں دفاعی تعلقات کو مضبوط بنانے کی ضرورت پر زور دیا گیا، دونوں فریقوں نے فوجی مصروفیات اور مشترکہ اقدامات سمیت موجودہ تعاون کو وسعت دینے کے عزم کا اعادہ کیا۔
پاک فوج کے شعبہ تعلقات عامہ کی جانب سے بتایا گیا کہ میجر جنرل ابراہیم نے پاکستان کی مسلح افواج کی پیشہ وارانہ صلاحیتوں اور کامیابیوں کو سراہا اور دہشتگردی کے خلاف جنگ میں مسلح افواج کی قربانیوں کی بھی تعریف کی۔

Maldives Chief of Defence Major General Ibrahim Helmy has met with Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee General Sahir Shamshad Mirza.
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), Major General Ibrahim visited the Joint Staff Headquarters Rawalpindi. On his arrival at the Joint Staff Headquarters, a smart contingent presented a guard of honour to Major General Ibrahim.
According to the ISPR, Major General Ibrahim met with Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee General Sahir Shamshad Mirza, in which they discussed ways to enhance defence ties and joint military activities.
The meeting emphasized the need to strengthen defence ties, and both sides reiterated their commitment to expand existing cooperation, including military engagements and joint initiatives.
The Pakistan Army Public Relations Department said that Major General Ibrahim appreciated the professionalism and achievements of the Pakistani Armed Forces and also praised the sacrifices of the armed forces in the war against terrorism.
