اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ نے مبینہ بیٹی ٹیریان وائٹ کو چھپانے پر عمران خان کے خلاف دائر درخواست کو ناقابل سماعت قرار دے دیا۔جسٹس طارق محمود جہانگیری کی سربراہی میں لارجر بنچ نے مبینہ بیٹی ٹیریان کو کاغذات نامزدگی میں ظاہر نہ کرنے پر بانی پی ٹی آئی کے خلاف نااہلی کیس کی سماعت کی، جسٹس ارباب محمد طاہر، جسٹس ثمن رفعت بھی لارجر بنچ کا حصہ تھیں۔
شہری محمد ساجد کی جانب سے وکیل حامد علی شاہ عدالت کے سامنے پیش ہوئے، اس موقع پر پی ٹی آئی رہنما شبلی فراز بھی کمرہ عدالت میں موجود تھے۔
دوران سماعت جسٹس طارق محمود نے کہا کہ ٹیریان کیس دو ججز کا فیصلہ ہے، دو ججز درخواست ناقابل سماعت قرار دے چکے ہیں۔
عدالت نے حامد علی شاہ سے استفسار کیا کہ آپ اس حوالے سے کیا کہتے ہیں؟ جسٹس طارق محمور جہانگیری نے کہا کہ تین میں سے 2 ججز دستخط کر دیں تو اس کا اثر کیا ہوگا؟
جس پر وکیل حامد علی شاہ کا کہنا تھا کہ ٹیریان کیس میں فیصلہ دیکھ کر ہی عدالت کی معاونت کر سکتا ہوں۔
درخواست گزار کے وکیل نے استدعا کی کہ دو یا تین ہفتے کی تاریخ دے دیں، جس پر جسٹس طارق محمود نے کہا کہ جب دو ججز درخواست ناقابل سماعت قرار دے چکے تو کیسے تاریخ دے سکتے ہیں۔
بعدازاں اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ کے لارجر بنچ نے 2 ججز کا سنایا جانے والا فیصلہ درست قرار دیتے ہوئے عمران خان کے خلاف دائر درخواست کو نا قابل سماعت قرار دے دیا۔

Lawyer Hamid Ali Shah appeared before the court on behalf of citizen Mohammad Sajid, on this occasion PTI leader Shibli Faraz was also present in the court room.
During the hearing, Justice Tariq Mehmood said that the Tarian case is a decision of two judges, two judges have declared the application inadmissible.
The court asked Hamid Ali Shah, what do you say in this regard? Justice Tariq Mahmour Jahangiri said that if 2 out of three judges sign, what will be the effect?
On which lawyer Hamid Ali Shah said that he can assist the court only after seeing the decision in the Terian case.
The petitioner’s counsel requested that a date of two or three weeks be given, to which Justice Tariq Mahmood said how can a date be given when two judges have declared the petition inadmissible.
Later, the larger bench of Islamabad High Court upheld the decision of 2 judges and declared the petition filed against Imran Khan inadmissible.
