بانیٔ پی ٹی آئی کے مطابق میں نے ملک و قوم کی بہتری کی خاطر نیک نیتی سے آرمی چیف کے نام کھلا خط لکھا ہے، جن 6 نکات کی نشاندہی کی ہے ان پر عوامی رائے لی جائے تو 90 فیصد عوام حمایت کریں گے۔
خط میں ان کا کہنا ہے کہ پری پول دھاندلی اور الیکشن کے نتائج تبدیل کر کے حکومت قائم کی گئی، عدلیہ پر قبضے کے لیے پارلیمنٹ سے 26 ویں آئینی ترمیم کروائی گئی، ظلم و جبر کے خلاف اٹھنے والی آوازوں کو بند کرنے کے لیے پیکا کا اطلاق کیا گیا۔
سابق وزیرِ اعظم نے خط میں کہا ہے کہ سیاسی عدم استحکام اور ’جس کی لاٹھی اس کی بھینس‘ کی ریت ملکی معیشت کی تباہی ہے، ملک کی سب سے بڑی سیاسی جماعت کو مسلسل نشانہ بنایا جا رہا ہے۔
انہوں نے اپنے دوسرے کھلے خط میں کہا ہے کہ بنیادی انسانی حقوق پامال کرتے ہوئے مجھ پر دباؤ بڑھانے کے لیے جیل انتظامیہ نے ہر ظلم کیا ہے، مجھے موت کی چکی میں رکھا گیا، 20 دن تک مکمل لاک اپ میں رکھا گیا جہاں سورج کی روشنی تک نہیں پہنچتی تھی۔
بانیٔ پی ٹی آئی نے خط میں کہا ہے کہ 5 روز تک میرے سیل کی بجلی بند رکھی گئی اور میں مکمل اندھیرے میں رہا، میرا ورزش کرنے والا سامان اور ٹی وی تک لے لیا گیا، مجھ تک اخبار بھی پہنچنے نہیں دیا گیا۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ جب چاہتے ہیں کتابیں تک روک لیتے ہیں، میرے بیٹوں سے پچھلے 6 ماہ میں صرف 3 مرتبہ بات کروائی گئی، بیٹوں سے بات کرنے کے معاملے پر عدالتی حکم پر عمل نہیں کیا جا رہا۔
سابق وزیرِ اعظم نے اپنے خط میں کہا ہے کہ پچھلے 6 ماہ میں گنتی کے چند افراد کو ہی مجھ سے ملنے دیا گیا، اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ کے واضح احکامات کے باوجود میری اہلیہ سے ملاقات نہیں کروائی جاتی، میری اہلیہ کو بھی قیدِ تنہائی میں رکھا گیا ہے، ہمارے 2 ہزار سے زائد ورکرز، سپورٹرز اور لیڈرز کی ضمانت کی درخواستیں عدالتوں میں زیرِ التواء ہیں۔
بانیٔ پی ٹی آئی نے خط میں کہا ہے کہ پیکا جیسے کالے قانون کے ذریعے سوشل میڈیا اور انٹرنیٹ پر بھی قدغن لگا دی گئی ہے، اس سب کی وجہ سے پاکستان کا جی ایس پی پلس اسٹیٹس بھی خطرے میں ہے، عوامی مینڈیٹ کی توہین کر کے سیاسی عدم استحکام کی بنیاد رکھی گئی ہے۔
انہوں نے خط میں کہا ہے کہ ہمارے فوجی پاکستان کے لیے قربانیاں دے رہے ہیں۔
