عالمی عدالت انصاف نے اسرائیل کو رفح میں فوجی آپریشن روکنے کا حکم دے دیا۔عالمی عدالت انصاف میں رفح میں اسرائیلی آپریشن رکوانے کے لیے جنوبی افریقا کی درخواست پر فیصلہ سنایا گیا۔درخواست پر فیصلہ عالمی عدالت انصاف کے جسٹس نواف سلام نےپڑھ کر سنایا۔فیصلے میں کہا گیا کہ اسرائیلی فوج کوغزہ کےعلاقےرفح میں فوجی کارروائیاں فوری طورپرروکنی ہوں گی،غزہ پٹی کےشہری انتہائی تشویشناک حالات سےدوچارہیں۔عدالت نے کہا کہ رفح میں فوجی آپریشن سے انتہائی افسوسناک انسانی سانحہ جنم لےسکتاہے۔عالمی عدالت انصاف کے فیصلے میں کہا گیا کہ اسرائیل ایک ماہ کے دوران غزہ پٹی میں صورتحال بہتربنانےکےاقدامات کی رپورٹ عدالت میں پیش کرے۔فیصلے میں یہ بھی کہا گیا کہ اسرائیل بین الاقوامی تفتیشی ٹیم کے ارکان کو غزہ پٹی میں داخل ہونے کی اجازت دے۔عالمی عدالت انصاف کی جانب سے کہا گیا ہے کہ اسرائیل عدالت کے حکم کی تکمیل کی رپورٹ ایک ماہ میں پیش کرے۔عدالت کا اپنے حکم میں کہنا ہے رفح میں اسرائیلی اقدامات سےفلسطینی عوام کو شدید خطرات لاحق ہیں۔درخواست کی سماعت کے دوران روز جنوبی افریقا کی جانب سے دلائل دیتے ہوئے کہا گیا تھا کہ رفح میں فوجی آپریشن غزہ میں جاری فلسطینیوں کی نسل کشی کا آخری مرحلہ ہے، دفاع کا حق نسل کشی کا جواز فراہم نہیں کرتا، فلسطینیوں کو بچانے کے لیے اضافی اقدامات کی ضرورت ہے۔
