سوات اور گردونواح میں زلزلے کے جھٹکے محسوس کئے گئے ہیں۔زلزلہ پیما مرکز کے مطابق سوات اور گردونواح میں 4.8 شدت کے زلزلے کے جھٹکے محسوس کئے گئے، شہری خوف کے باعث کلمہ طیبہ کا ورد کرتے ہوئے گھروں سے باہر نکل آئے۔ زلزلہ پیما مرکز کا کہنا ہے کہ زلزلے کی زیر زمین گہرائی 95 کلو میٹر تھی جبکہ مرکز پاک افغان تاجکستان کا سرحدی علاقہ تھا۔
