Two human smugglers arrested for sending citizens to Europe by sea

فیڈرل انویسٹی گیشن ایجنسی ( ایف آئی اے) نے سمندر کے راستے شہریوں کو لیبیا اور موریطانیہ سے یورپ بھجوانے والے 2 انسانی سمگلرز کو گرفتار کر لیا۔
ترجمان ایف آئی اے گوجرانوالہ کے مطابق گرفتار انسانی سمگلرز کی شناخت شفقت علی اور رضوان کنول کے نام سے ہوئی، ملزمان کو پھالیہ اور کھاریاں سے گرفتار کیا گیا، ملزم شفقت علی شہریوں کو بیرون ملک بھجوانے کیلئے لاکھوں روپے بٹورنے میں ملوث پایا گیا، ملزم نے شہریوں کو سپین ملازمت کا جھانسہ دے کر 50 لاکھ روپے سے زائد رقم وصول کی۔
حکام کے مطابق ملزم کے خلاف 2 مقدمات درج تھے جس نے شہریوں کو سپین بھجوانے کے بجائے موریطانیہ بھجوایا، ملزم نے شہریوں کو موریطانیہ سے سمندر کے راستے سپین بھجوانے کی کوشش کی، شہریوں نے کشتی کے ذریعے سفر کرنے سے انکار کیا اور پاکستان واپس آ گئے۔
ایک اور کارروائی میں رضوان کنول کو قادر آباد پھالیہ سے گرفتار کیا گیا۔
ملزم رضوان کنول متعدد شہریوں کو بیرون ملک ملازمت کا جھانسہ دے کر لاکھوں روپے بٹورنے میں ملوث پایا گیا، ملزم نے شہریوں کو ابتدا میں لیبیا بھجوایا، لیبیا پہنچنے پر ملزم اور اس کے ساتھیوں نے شہریوں کو یرغمال بنا لیا، اس دوران ملزمان شہریوں پر تشدد کرتے رہے اور شہریوں کے خاندان والوں سے تاوان بھی وصول کیا۔
ترجمان ایف آئی اے گوجرانوالہ کے مطابق ملزمان نے شہریوں کو کشتی کے ذریعے اٹلی بھجوانے کی کوشش بھی کی، ملزم کمپوزٹ سرکل گجرات کو 4 مقدمات میں مطلوب تھا، ملزمان کو گرفتار کر کے ملزمان کے دیگر ساتھیوں کیخلاف چھاپہ مار کارروائیاں جاری ہیں۔

The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has arrested two human smugglers who were sending citizens to Europe from Libya and Mauritania by sea.
According to the spokesperson of FIA Gujranwala, the arrested human smugglers were identified as Shafqat Ali and Rizwan Kanwal. The accused were arrested from Phalia and Kharian. The accused Shafqat Ali was found involved in collecting lakhs of rupees to send citizens abroad. The accused received more than Rs 5 million by promising jobs to the citizens in Spain.
According to the authorities, two cases were registered against the accused who sent the citizens to Mauritania instead of sending them to Spain. The accused tried to send the citizens to Spain by sea from Mauritania. The citizens refused to travel by boat and returned to Pakistan.
In another operation, Rizwan Kanwal was arrested from Phalia, Qadirabad.
Accused Rizwan Kanwal was found involved in extorting millions of rupees from several citizens by promising them jobs abroad. The accused initially sent the citizens to Libya. Upon reaching Libya, the accused and his accomplices took the citizens hostage. During this time, the accused continued to torture the citizens and also collected ransom from the families of the citizens. According to the spokesperson of FIA Gujranwala, the accused also tried to send the citizens to Italy by boat. The accused was wanted in 4 cases in Composite Circle Gujarat. Raids are underway against the other accomplices of the accused after arresting the accused.
