Non-bailable warrant issued for Rana Sanaullah

وزیرِ اعظم کے مشیرِ سیاسی امور رانا ثناء اللّٰہ کے ناقابلِ ضمانت وارنٹِ گرفتاری جاری کر دیے گئے۔
گوجرانوالہ کی جوڈیشل مجسٹریٹ سدرہ گل نواز نے وارنٹِ گرفتاری جاری کرتے ہوئے انہیں گرفتار کر کے 12 دسمبر کو پیش کرنے کا حکم بھی دیا ہے۔
رانا ثناء اللّٰہ کے خلاف تھانہ سیٹلائٹ ٹاؤن میں درج مقدمہ عدالت میں زیرِ سماعت ہے، مقدمہ 16 اکتوبر 2020ء کو گوجرانوالہ میں پی ڈی ایم کے جلسے کے روز درج کیا گیا تھا۔
ایف آئی آر میں کنٹینر ہٹانے اور پولیس اہلکاروں پر گاڑی چڑھانے کا الزام ہے۔
مقدمے میں خرم دستگیر، عمران خالد اور سلمان خالد بٹ پہلے ہی بری ہو چکے ہیں جبکہ پولیس نے رانا ثناء اللّٰہ سے متعلق مقدمے کا چالان تاخیر سے جمع کرایا تھا۔
پولیس نے رانا ثناء اللّٰہ کو بے گناہ قرار دیتے ہوئے 173 کی رپورٹ عدالت میں جمع کرائی تھی۔
عدالت نے پولیس رپورٹ کو مسترد کرتے ہوئے رانا ثناء اللّٰہ کو طلب کیا تھا۔
طلب کرنے کے باوجود مسلسل غیر حاضری پر رانا ثناء اللّٰہ کے ناقابلِ ضمانت وارنٹِ گرفتاری جاری کیے گئے ہیں۔

A non-bailable arrest warrant has been issued for Rana Sanaullah, adviser to the Prime Minister on political affairs.
Gujranwala Judicial Magistrate Sudra Gul Nawaz issued an arrest warrant and ordered to arrest him and produce him on December 12.
The case filed against Rana Sanaullah in the Satellite Town police station is under hearing in the court, the case was filed on October 16, 2020, on the day of the PDM rally in Gujranwala.
In the FIR, the policemen are accused of removing the container and driving the vehicle.
Khurram Dastgir, Imran Khalid and Salman Khalid Butt have already been acquitted in the case while the police submitted the challan of the case related to Rana Sanaullah with delay.
The police had submitted a 173 report to the court declaring Rana Sanaullah innocent.
The court rejected the police report and summoned Rana Sanaullah.
Rana Sanaullah’s non-bailable arrest warrant has been issued for his continued absence despite summons.
