وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب مریم نواز نے کہا ہے کہ درست ڈیٹا مستقبل کیلئے بہت ضروری ہے، درست ڈیٹا سے ضرورت مند کو دہلیز تک ریلیف پہنچانے میں مشکل پیش نہیں آئے گی۔ سوشل اکنامک رجسٹری کی افتتاحی تقریب سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب مریم نواز کا کہنا تھا کہ منصوبے کی تکمیل پر مریم اورنگزیب اور وزارت منصوبہ بندی کو شاباش دیتی ہوں، جب میں نے حلف اٹھایا تو رمضان کا مہینہ آگیا تھا، ہم نے رمضان میں لوگوں کے دروازے تک رمضان پیکیج پہنچایا۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ ہمارے پاس لوگوں کا ڈیٹا نہیں تھا، شکایات موصول ہونا شروع ہوگئیں، جو نمبر مجھے دیا گیا اس کے مطابق رمضان پیکیج بنائے، کئی پتے ایسے تھے جن کا ہمیں معلوم ہی نہیں تھا، ڈیٹا میں فون نمبر پرانے اور غلط تھے، پنجاب کی 13 کروڑ آبادی ہے، مجھے نہیں معلوم کتنی آبادی سوشل اکنامک کیٹیگری میں آتی ہے۔
مریم نواز کا کہنا تھا کہ بی آئی ایس پی کے ڈیٹا کو بھی اپ ڈیٹ کرنے کی ضرورت ہے، نادرا اور بی آئی ایس پی کے ڈیٹا کو دیکھتے ہوئے رمضان پیکیج بنایا، اب سمجھ آگئی کہ ہم انفارمیشن اور ڈیٹا کے بغیر فیصلے کرتے ہیں، ہمارے پاس کسانوں کا بھی پورا مصدقہ ڈیٹا موجود نہیں، ٹیکس سے بچنے کیلئے بہت سارے کسانوں نے 12،12ایکڑ کی رجسٹریشن کرائی ہوئی ہے۔
وزیراعلیٰ نے کہا کہ بہت سارے ایسے لوگ ہیں جن کے پاس اپنا گھر نہیں اور کرائے پر رہتے ہیں، کس کو وہیل چیئر چاہیے مجھے نہیں معلوم، میں نے اپنے تمام منصوبوں اور سکیموں کیلئے ہیلپ لائن کھول دی ہیں، سکیموں میں نہیں وہ ہیلپ لائن پر رابطہ کر کے رجسٹریشن کراسکتا ہے، 25 لاکھ لوگوں کی رجسٹریشن ہو بھی گئی ہے۔
ان کا کہنا تھا کہ ہمارے پاس کرائم کا وہ ڈیٹا ہے جو 15 پر کال کا ہے، میں نے ہدایت کی ہے ضلع کی بنیاد پر مجھے کرائم کا ڈیٹا چاہیے، خاندان کے سربراہ کے نیچے کتنے افراد ہیں ہم نہیں جانتے، چاہتی ہوں میرے پاس بالکل درست ڈیٹا موجود ہو، ریلیف انہی لوگوں کو ملنا چاہیے جو حقدار ہیں، چاہتی ہوں ٹیکس ادا کرنے والوں اور حکومت پنجاب کا پیسہ ضائع نہ ہو۔
مریم نواز نے کہا کہ 5ہزار سے زائد رجسٹریشن سینٹرز بن چکے ہیں، رجسٹریشن سینٹرز میں ٹرینڈ لوگ موجود ہیں، ڈیٹا کو اکٹھا کرنا عام بات نہیں، 13 کروڑ میں بہت سے ایسے لوگ ہیں جو بجلی کے بل ادا نہیں کرسکتے، پنجاب کے 45 لاکھ سے زائد 500 یونٹ والے صارفین کیلئے سولر لارہے ہیں، ہم نے ٹیسٹ رن شروع کیا ہوا ہے، ڈیٹا موصول ہونا شروع ہوگیا ہے۔
ان کا مزید کہنا تھا کہ واپڈا کے پاس آپ کا ڈیٹا موجود ہوتا ہے، مجھے سولر والی سکیم بنانے میں مشکل پیش نہیں آئی، کسی بھی اقدام کیلئے ڈیٹا موجود ہونا بہت ضروری ہے، درست ڈیٹا مستقبل کیلئے بہت ضروری ہے، درست ڈیٹا سے ضرورت مند کو دہلیز تک ریلیف پہنچانے میں مشکل پیش نہیں آئے گی۔

Maryam Nawaz said that the data of BISP also needs to be updated, looking at the data of NADRA and BISP, the Ramadan package was made, now it is understood that we take decisions without information and data. We also don’t have complete certified data of farmers, many farmers have registered 12-12 acres to avoid tax.
The Chief Minister said that there are many people who do not have their own house and live on rent, I don’t know who needs a wheelchair, I have opened a helpline for all my projects and schemes, not in the schemes that helpline Registration can be done by contacting , 25 lakh people have been registered.
He said that we have the crime data which is from the call on 15, I have directed that I want the crime data on district basis, we don’t know how many people are there under the head of the family, I want to have it. If there is accurate data, relief should be given to those who are entitled, I want the money of the tax payers and Punjab government not to be wasted.
Maryam Nawaz said that more than 5 thousand registration centers have been built, there are trending people in the registration centers, collecting data is not a common thing, there are many people in 13 crore who cannot pay electricity bills, 45 lakh of Punjab. 500+ units are going solar for customers, we have started test run, data is starting to be received.
He further said that WAPDA has your data, I did not find any difficulty in making a solar scheme, it is very important to have data for any initiative, accurate data is very important for the future, accurate data is needed. There will be no difficulty in bringing relief to Mand’s doorstep.
