Warning! Solar panels will also be taxed

لاہور:سینٹرل پاور پرچیزنگ ایجنسی (سی پی پی اے) نے گھریلویا کمرشل سولرپینل لگانے والوں پر ٹیکس عائد کرنے کی تجویز دے دی۔ذرائع وزارت توانائی کے مطابق سینٹرل پاور پرچیزنگ ایجنسی نے سمری وزارت بجلی کو ارسال کر دی۔ذرائع وزارت توانائی کا کہنا ہےکہ گھریلو یا کمرشل سولرپینل لگانے والوں سے فی کلو واٹ 2 ہزار  روپے ٹیکس وصول کرنے کی تجویز دی گئی ہے۔ذرائع نے بتایاکہ 12 کلو واٹ کے سولرپینل گرڈ سے 2 ہزار روپے فی کلو واٹ وصول کیے جانے  کا  امکان ہے۔ذرائع وزارت توانائی کے مطابق 12 کلو واٹ کا سولرپینل لگانے والے صارفین سے 24 ہزار روپے وصول کیے جائیں گے۔ذرائع وزارت توانائی کا کہنا ہے کہ پاورڈویژن نے سی پی پی اے کی سمری منظوری کیلئے وزیراعظم کو بھجوا دی۔ ذرائع وزارت توانائی نے بتایاکہ ملک میں نصب کیے گئے سولر پینل کے نرخوں پر نظرثانی کی تجویزبھی زیرغور ہے، سمری منظورہونے کے بعد سولرپینل کے نرخ کم کرنے کی درخواست نیپرا میں دائر کریں گے۔
