حکومت کی ناقص گندم خریداری پالیسی اور کاشتکاروں کے مالی استحصال کے خلاف کسان بورڈ نے25اپریل کوملک بھرمیں احتجاج کا اعلان کردیا۔کسانوں کااستحصال بندنہ کیاگیاتوآئندہ برس گندم کاشت نہیں کریں گے۔کسان بورڈ پاکستان کے مرکزی صدرسردارظفرحسین خاں نے کہاہے کہ ملک بھرمیں گندم کی کٹائی کا آغاز ہو گیا لیکن حکومت کی خریداری پالیسی واضح نہ ہونے کی وجہ سے اوپن مارکیٹ میں نئی گندم کے بھاؤ سر کاری نرخوں سے 700 سے ایک ہزار روپے فی من تک گر گئے۔جس سے کاشتکاروں کا استحصال کر کے مڈل مین اورآڑھتیوں نے اپنی تجوریاں بھر نا شروع کر دی ہیں۔گندم کی فصل پر مہنگی کھادوں، سپرے اور بجلی کے بھاری بھر کم بلوں کے بعد جب اس کی کٹائی کا وقت آیا توحکومت کی ناقص پالیسی کے باعث گندم کا کوئی خریدار نہیں حکومت کی جانب سے گندم کے باردانہ کے حصول کے لیے بنائی گئی ایپ بھی نہیں چلتی جبکہ گندم کی فصل کو اب لینے کے لیے کوئی بھی تیار نہیں۔ حکومت نے گندم کے سرکاری ریٹ میں اضافہ کے بجائے پچھلے سال والا ریٹ 3900 روپے فی من مقرر کیا ہے لیکن سرکاری سطح پر تاحال گندم کی خریداری شروع نہیں ہو سکی۔اوپن مارکیٹ میں آڑھتی کاشتکاروں سے اونے پونے داموں گندم خرید رہے ہیں، مقامی منڈیوں میں کاشتکاروں سے گندم 3000 سے لیکر 3300 روپے تک خریدی جار رہی ہے جبکہ آڑھت اور مزدوری کی مد میں کٹوتیاں بھی کی جاتی ہیں۔انہوں نے حکومت سے مطالبہ کیا کہ سر کاری نرخوں پر گندم خریداری کو یقینی بنایا جائے، اوپن مارکیٹ کے ریٹ سے فصل کے پیداواری اخراجات بھی پورے نہیں ہوتے۔اگر آئندہ فصل کاشت نہ ہو سکی تو ملک میں غذائی بحران آ سکتا ہے جس کے تمام ترذمہ دار حکمران ہوں گے۔انہوں نے کہاکہ ملک بھر میں پر امن احتجاجی مظاہرہ کریں گے اور اگر ہمارے مطالبات تسلیم نہ کیے گئے توپھر اس نہ ختم ہونے والے احتجاج کو ہر تحصیل سطح پر دھرنا کی صورت میں بدل دیا جائے گا۔

He demanded the government to ensure the purchase of wheat at government rates, from the open market rate. The production costs of the crop are also not met. If the next crop could not be cultivated, there may be a food crisis in the country for which all the rulers will be responsible. He said that they will hold a peaceful protest across the country and if our demands are accepted If not done, then this endless protest will be converted into dharna at every tehsil level.
