Negotiations between the government and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf will be held today

سیاسی منظر نامے پر بڑی پیشرفت ہونے جا رہی ہے، وفاقی حکومت اور پاکستان تحریک انصاف (پی ٹی آئی) کے درمیان مذاکرات آج ہوں گے۔
دونوں کمیٹیوں کی پہلی بیٹھک آج پارلیمنٹ ہاؤس کے کمیٹی روم میں ہوگی، سپیکر قومی اسمبلی ایاز صادق ان کیمرہ اجلاس کی صدارت کریں گے۔
اس سلسلے میں قومی اسمبلی سیکرٹریٹ نے ان کیمرہ اجلاس کا نوٹیفکیشن بھی جاری کردیا جبکہ اس حوالے سے حکومت اور اپوزیشن کی کمیٹیوں کے اراکین کو بھی نوٹس کے ذریعے آگاہ کر دیا گیا ہے۔
واضح رہے کہ گزشتہ روز وزیراعظم نے پی ٹی آئی سے مذاکرات کیلئے 8 رکنی کمیٹی تشکیل دی ہے، کمیٹی میں نائب وزیراعظم اسحاق ڈار، رانا ثنا اللہ، سینیٹر عرفان صدیقی، راجہ پرویز اشرف، سید نوید قمر، خالد مقبول صدیقی، عبدالعلیم خان اور چودھری سالک حسین شامل ہیں۔
چیئرمین پی ٹی آئی بیرسٹر گوہر نے حکومت کی جانب سے مذاکراتی کمیٹی کی تشکیل کا خیر مقدم کیا تھا۔
یاد رہے کہ پاکستان تحریک انصاف کی مذاکراتی ٹیم میں عمرایوب، علی امین گنڈاپور، صاحبزادہ حامد رضا، سلمان اکرم راجا اور اسد قیصر شامل ہیں۔
دوسری جانب پاکستان تحریک انصاف نے حکومت سے مذاکرات کیلئے مطالبات کا ڈرافٹ بھی تیار کر لیا ہے۔
تیار کردہ ڈرافٹ کے مطابق پی ٹی آئی کی جانب سے 5 ہزار سے زائد سیاسی قیدیوں کی فہرست تیار کی گئی ہے، سیاسی قیدیوں کی فہرست میں بانی پی ٹی آئی عمران خان کا نام سرفہرست رکھا گیا ہے۔
ذرائع کا کہنا ہے کہ مذاکرات کے دوران سیاسی قیدیوں کی رہائی، 9 مئی اور 26 نومبر کے واقعات کی تحقیقات کیلئے جوڈیشل کمیشن کے قیام کے مطالبات رکھے جائیں گے، جوڈیشل کمیشن سپریم کورٹ کے 3 انتہائی سینئر ججز پر مشتمل ہونے کا مطالبہ بھی کیا جائے گا۔

There is going to be a big development on the political scene, the talks between the federal government and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) will be held today.
The first meeting of the two committees will be held today in the committee room of Parliament House, Speaker National Assembly Ayaz Sadiq will preside over the in-camera meeting.
In this regard, the National Assembly Secretariat has also issued a notification of the in-camera meeting, while the members of the government and opposition committees have also been informed through a notice.
It should be noted that the Prime Minister has formed an 8-member committee for negotiations with the PTI yesterday. Chaudhry Salik Hussain included.
Chairman PTI Barrister Gauhar welcomed the formation of the negotiation committee by the government.
It should be remembered that the negotiation team of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf includes Umar Ayub, Ali Amin Gandapur, Sahibzada Hamid Raza, Salman Akram Raja and Asad Qaiser.
On the other hand, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has also prepared a draft of demands for negotiations with the government.
According to the prepared draft, a list of more than 5,000 political prisoners has been prepared by PTI, the name of PTI founder Imran Khan has been placed at the top of the list of political prisoners.
Sources say that during the negotiations, demands will be made for the release of political prisoners, the establishment of a judicial commission to investigate the events of May 9 and November 26.
