Uzbek Deputy Defense Minister meets with General Sahir Shamshad, discusses bilateral issues

چیئرمین جوائنٹ چیفس آف سٹاف کمیٹی ساحر شمشاد مرزا سے ازبکستان کے نائب وزیر دفاع نے ملاقات کی ہے۔
پاک فوج کے شعبہ تعلقات عامہ (آئی ایس پی آر) کے مطابق ازبکستان کے نائب وزیرِ دفاع میجر جنرل برخانوف احمد جمالووچ جوائنٹ سٹاف ہیڈکوارٹرز پہنچے جہاں پر مسلح افواج کے چاق و چوبند دستوں نے انہیں گارڈ آف آنر پیش کیا۔
آئی ایس پی آر کے مطابق چیئرمین جوائنٹ چیفس آف سٹاف کمیٹی جنرل ساحر شمشاد مرزا سے ازبک نائب وزیرِ دفاع نے ملاقات کی، جس میں دوطرفہ دلچسپی کے امور پر تبادلہ خیال کیا گیا، علاقائی سلامتی کی صورتحال پر بھی توجہ مرکوز کی گئی۔
ملاقات کے دوران دونوں جانب سے دوطرفہ فوجی تعاون کو مضبوط بنانے میں گہری دلچسپی کا اظہار کیا گیا۔
آئی ایس پی آر کے مطابق معزز مہمان نے پاکستان کی مسلح افواج کی پیشہ ورانہ مہارت کو سراہا اور دہشت گردی کے خلاف جنگ میں پاک فوج کی قربانیوں کا اعتراف کیا۔

Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee Sahir Shamshad Mirza met with the Deputy Minister of Defense of Uzbekistan.
According to the Public Relations Department of the Pakistan Army (ISPR), the Deputy Minister of Defense of Uzbekistan, Major General Burkhanov Ahmad Jamalovich, arrived at the Joint Staff Headquarters where he was presented with a guard of honor by the armed forces.
According to the ISPR, the Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee General Sahir Shamshad Mirza met with the Uzbek Deputy Minister of Defense, in which matters of bilateral interest were discussed, including the regional security situation.
During the meeting, both sides expressed deep interest in strengthening bilateral military cooperation.
According to the ISPR, the distinguished guest appreciated the professionalism of the Pakistani armed forces and acknowledged the sacrifices of the Pakistan Army in the war against terrorism.
