ملزمان کی گرفتاری امریکی قونصل خانے کی نشاندہی پر عمل میں لائی گئی، ملزمان کے خلاف کارروائی کے لئے امریکی قونصل خانے نے تحریری درخواست دی، گرفتار ملزمان میں محمد مقصود، عبداللہ اور صفیان خالد شامل ہیں جن کا تعلق فیصل آباد اور صوابی سے ہے۔
گرفتار ملزمان کو مختلف ایجنٹس نے امریکی ویزا کے لئے جعلی دستاویزات فراہم کیں، ملزمان خود کو بزنس مین اور طالب علم ظاہر کر کے امریکا جانا چاہتے تھے، ملزم محمد مقصود اور عبداللہ نے خود کو نجی سکول کا طالب علم ظاہر کیا اور کانفرنس میں شرکت کے نام پر ویزہ اپلائی کیا۔
ملزمان نے طالب علم ظاہر کرنے کے حوالے سے جعلی دستاویزات فراہم کیں جبکہ ملزم صفیان خالد نے جعلی شناخت کے ذریعے ویزہ حاصل کرنے کی کوشش کی، ملزم نے لاہور میں موجود نجی کمپنی کا نام استعمال کرتے ہوئے خود کو اس کا مالک ظاہر کیا۔
ملزم نے اس مقصد کے لیے کمپنی کے ٹیکس ریٹرنز اور کمپنی رجسٹریشن کی دستاویزات پیش کیں تاہم کمپنی کے مالک سے رابطہ کرنے پر انکشاف ہوا کہ ملزم نہ تو کمپنی کا ملازم ہے نہ پروپرائیٹر اور نہ ہی پارٹنر۔
ملزمان کو مذکورہ دستاویزات بھاری رقوم کے عوض ایجنٹوں نے فراہم کیں، ایجنٹس نے ملزمان سے 6000 سے 7000 ہزار امریکی ڈالرز کے عوض جعلی دستاویزات فراہم کیں، ملزمان کی جانب سے ایجنٹس کو فی کس 2000 امریکی ڈالرز تک پیشگی ادا کئے گئے۔
گرفتار ملزمان کے خلاف مجموعی طور پر 2 مقدمات درج کر لئے گئے، نامزد ایجنٹس میں فراز کھیتران، محمد عمر اورحماد شیرازی شامل ہیں جن کا تعلق لاہور، پشاور اور سرگودھا سے ہے۔
ملزمان کو گرفتار کر کے تفتیش کا آغاز کر دیا، دیگر ملزمان اور ایجنٹس کی گرفتاری کے لئے چھاپے مارے جا رہے ہیں۔

The accused submitted the company’s tax returns and company registration documents for this purpose, but on contacting the owner of the company it was revealed that the accused is neither an employee nor a proprietor nor a partner of the company.
Agents provided the aforementioned documents to the accused for huge sums of money, the agents provided fake documents from the accused for 6000 to 7000 thousand US dollars, the agents were paid up to 2000 US dollars in advance by the accused.
