Arrest warrant issued for Judge Humayun Dilawar

سرکاری اراضی پر مبینہ قبضے کے کیس میں اسلام آباد کی اسپیشل سینٹرل عدالت کے جج ہمایوں دلاور کے وارنٹ جاری کر دیے گئے۔اس حوالے سے پولیس کا کہنا ہے کہ جج ہمایوں دلاور کے بھائی، والد اور رجسٹرار کے بھی وارنٹ جاری ہوئے ہیں۔
پولیس نے کہا کہ محکمۂ اینٹی کرپشن نے عدالت سے وارنٹ گرفتاری حاصل کر لیا ہے، اس معاملے میں حکومت کو کروڑوں روپے کا نقصان ہوا۔
اس بیان میں معاون خصوصی اینٹی کرپشن خیبر پختون خوا مصدق عباسی نے کہا ہے کہ اسپیشل جج ہمایوں دلاور اور ان کے 3 بھائیوں کے خلاف ایف آئی آر درج ہے۔ مصدق عباسی کا کہنا ہے کہ اینٹی کرپشن نے عدالت سے وارنٹ گرفتاری حاصل کر لیے، ملزمان نے جعلی اندراج سے زمین اپنے نام کر کے ہاؤسنگ سوسائٹی میں شامل کی . انہوں نے کہا کہ جج ہمایوں دلاور ہاؤسنگ سوسائٹی کے چیف ایگزیکٹو ہیں۔

In the case of alleged possession of government land, warrants have been issued for Judge Humayun Dilawar of the Special Central Court of Islamabad. In this regard, the police say that warrants have also been issued for the brother, father and registrar of Judge Humayun Dilawar.
The police said that the anti-corruption department has obtained an arrest warrant from the court, in this case the government has lost crores of rupees.
In this statement, Special Assistant Anti-Corruption Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Mossadek Abbasi has said that an FIR has been registered against Special Judge Humayun Dilawar and his 3 brothers. Mossadek Abbasi says that anti-corruption got the arrest warrant from the court, the accused have registered the land in their name and added it to the housing society. He said that Judge Humayun is the Chief Executive of Housing Society.
