Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi appeal to court against arrest in Tosha Khana case

بانی پی ٹی آئی عمران خان اور ان کی اہلیہ بشریٰ بی بی نے توشہ خانہ کیس میں گرفتاری کیخلاف اسلام آباد ہائیکورٹ سے رجوع کرلیا ۔
سابق وزیراعظم عمران خان اور انکی اہلیہ بشریٰ بی بی کی جانب سے اسلام آباد ہائیکورٹ میں درخواست بیرسٹر سلمان صفدر اور خالد یوسف چودھری کے ذریعے دائر کی گئی ہے۔
درخواست میں چیئرمین نیب، ڈی جی نیب و دیگر نیب افسران کو فریق بنایاگیا ہے، درخواست میں عدالت سے استدعا کی گئی ہے کہ گرفتاری غیر قانونی ہے ، رہا کرنے کے احکامات کئے جائیں اور آئندہ کسی بھی مقدمے میں گرفتاری ہائیکورٹ کے احکامات سے مشروط کی جائے۔

On behalf of former Prime Minister Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi, the application has been filed in the Islamabad High Court by Barrister Salman Safdar and Khalid Yusuf Chaudhary.
Chairman NAB, DG NAB and other NAB officers have been made parties in the petition. In the petition, the court has been requested to state that the arrest is illegal, to issue orders for his release and to make the arrest subject to the orders of the High Court in any future case. go
