Toshakhana case: Objections raised on request to shift PTI founder to hospital

سپریم کورٹ نے توشہ خانہ فوجداری کیس میں بانئ پاکستان تحریکِ انصاف کی اسپتال منتقلی کے لیے دائر درخواست پر اعتراضات عائد کرتے ہوئے اسے واپس کر دیا۔
سپریم کورٹ آفس نے کہا کہ درخواست گزار ہائی کورٹ سے رجوع کرے۔
رجسٹرار سپریم کورٹ کے مطابق 12 فروری کو پہلے ہی اسی نوعیت کا حکم جاری کیا جا چکا ہے۔
درخواست میں مؤقف اختیار کیا گیا تھا کہ بانئ پی ٹی آئی کا ذاتی معالج انہیں شفا اسپتال میں اہل خانہ کی موجودگی میں علاج فراہم کرے۔
بانئ پی ٹی آئی کے وکیل لطیف کھوسہ نے یہ درخواست سپریم کورٹ میں دائر کی تھی۔

The Supreme Court has rejected the petition filed by the founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) in the Tosha Khana criminal case seeking hospital transfer and returned it.
The Supreme Court office said that the petitioner should approach the High Court.
According to the Registrar Supreme Court, a similar order has already been issued on February 12.
The petition had sought that the PTI founder’s personal physician provide him with treatment at Shifa Hospital in the presence of his family.
The petition was filed in the Supreme Court by PTI founder’s lawyer Latif Khosa.
