India did not stop its water aggression, stopped the water of Neelum River from Kishan Kanga Dam

بھارت ہزیمت کے باوجود ہٹ دھرمی سے باز نہ آیا، کشن گنگا ڈیم سے بھارت نے دریائے نیلم کا پانی روک لیا۔سپرنٹنڈنٹ پولیس نے بتایا کہ آٹھ مقام پردریائے نیلم میں معمول سے 40 فیصد پانی کا دباؤ کم ہے، حالیہ پاک بھارت کشیدگی کے دوران کشن گنگا ڈیم سے پانی چھوڑا گیا تھا۔
گزشتہ دنوں بھارت نے دریائے چناب کو بیاس اور راوی دریاؤں سے ملانے کے منصوبے پر کام تیز کر دیا تھا تاکہ پاکستان کو پانی سے محروم کرنے کا اپنا مذموم منصوبہ مکمل کر سکے۔
واضح رہے کہ بھارت کی جانب سے 23 اپریل 2025ء کو پہلگام حملے کے بعد سندھ طاس معاہدے کو معطل کرنے کی دھمکی اور پانی کو بطور ہتھیار استعمال کرنے کے اعلان کے بعد چین نے مہمند ڈیم کی تعمیراتی سرگرمیوں میں نمایاں تیزی لاتے ہوئے اس اہم منصوبے کو تزویراتی اہمیت دے دی ہے۔
یاد رہے کہ 22 اپریل کو مقبوضہ کشمیر کے علاقے پہلگام کے سیاحتی مقام پر فائرنگ کے واقعے میں 26 افراد ہلاک اور ایک درجن کے قریب زخمی ہو گئے تھے جس کے بعد بھارت نے بنا کسی ثبوت کے پاکستان پر الزام تراشی شروع کردی اور سندھ طاس معاہدے کو یکطرفہ طور پر معطل کردیا۔

The Superintendent of Police said that the water pressure in the Neelum River is 40 percent less than usual at eight places, water was released from the Kishanganga Dam during the recent Pakistan-India tension.
In the past few days, India had accelerated work on the project to connect the Chenab River with the Beas and Ravi rivers so that it could complete its nefarious plan to deprive Pakistan of water.
It should be noted that after India threatened to suspend the Indus Waters Treaty after the Pahalgam attack on April 23, 2025 and announced to use water as a weapon, China has significantly accelerated the construction activities of the Mohmand Dam, giving strategic importance to this important project.
It should be recalled that on April 22, 26 people were killed and about a dozen injured in a firing incident at a tourist spot in Pahalgam, occupied Kashmir, after which India started blaming Pakistan without any evidence and unilaterally suspended the Indus Waters Treaty.
