Arrest warrant issued for Bushra Bibi

راولپنڈی کی اڈیالہ جیل میں توشہ خانہ کیس 2 کی سماعت ہوئی ہے۔
توشہ خانہ کیس ٹو کی سماعت اسپشل جج سینٹرل شارخ ارجمند نے کی۔
عدالت نے مسلسل غیر حاضری پر بشریٰ بی بی کے وارنٹِ گرفتاری جاری کر دیے۔
عدالت نے بشریٰ بی بی کے ضامن کو بھی نوٹس جاری کر دیا ہے۔
عدالت نے بشریٰ بی بی کے ضامن کو نوٹس جاری کرتے ہوئے کہا ہے کہ آپ کے شورٹی بانڈز کیوں نہ ضبط کیے جائیں۔
دوسری جانب اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ نے توشہ خانہ کیس ٹو میں ضمانت منسوخی کی ایف آئی اے کی درخواست پر بانئ پی ٹی آئی کی اہلیہ بشریٰ بی بی کو نوٹس جاری کر کے آئندہ ہفتے ان سے جواب طلب کر لیا ہے۔
دورانِ سماعت ایف آئی اے پراسیکیوٹر ذوالفقار عباس نقوی نے کہا تھا کہ بشریٰ بی بی اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ سے ملنے والی ضمانت کا غلط استعمال کر رہی ہیں۔
پراسیکیوٹر نے کہا کہ بشریٰ بی بی ٹرائل کورٹ کی اکثر سماعتوں میں پیش نہیں ہو رہیں۔
عدالت نے ایف آئی اے کی درخواست پر بشریٰ بی بی کو نوٹس جاری کر کے سماعت آئندہ ہفتے تک ملتوی کر دی۔

Toshakhana Case Two was heard by Special Judge Central Shahrukh Arjumand.
The court issued an arrest warrant for Bushra Bibi for her continued absence.
The court has also issued a notice to Bushra Bibi’s guarantor.
The court has issued a notice to the surety of Bushra Bibi asking why your shorty bonds should not be confiscated.
On the other hand, the Islamabad High Court has issued a notice to PTI founder’s wife Bushra Bibi on FIA’s request for cancellation of bail in Toshakhana case two and has asked her to respond next week.
During the hearing, FIA Prosecutor Zulfikar Abbas Naqvi said that Bushra Bibi is misusing the bail granted by the Islamabad High Court.
The prosecutor said that Bushra Bibi did not appear in most of the hearings of the trial court.
The court issued a notice to Bushra Bibi on the request of FIA and adjourned the hearing till next week.
